Called to get flowers delivered 1 mile down the road. Since there is no website, pictures or information on this shop available online, I called to ask if they did flower delivery and the lady responded with the most annoyed catty “uhh ya” response I have ever received. From the get go she was super annoyed with every question we had. I gave her the address, she said she doesn’t deliver outside of town. We weren’t delivering outside of town. We were delivering 1 mile, approximately 3 minutes down the road. As I’m on the phone with her, she’s asking what direction they live in. Does a GPS not exist in this woman’s life? I’m looking at Google maps and telling her exactly how to get there and she still isn’t comprehending. She asked for the name, she kept getting the name wrong so I started spelling it out for her and she didn’t like that. She paused and said “let me turn down my TV”. Tv turned down and she still was lost in what we were asking. I gave up cause she just couldn’t grasp the concept. Sounds like whoever is running this shop needs to retire. They don’t have basic customer service. Unbelievable.
