Was just in the store. Passed by 4 associates and not one asked if I needed any assistance. I was unable to find what I needed as they didn’t have it in stock. This has happened a couple times since the new owners have taken over this store. Very disappointed in a local store that I will not patronize anymore.

I entered the shop on a Saturday, asked to have a car key cut. The gentleman at the key counter there looked through his stock and told me that I would need to bring my own key blank because they did not stock it or have it available. I ordered the key blank, brought it in, and they refuse to cut a provided key. This is not a technical limitation. Store associate was polite enough, that earned 2 stars.

Bought a top of the line chain saw. They only had an out of the box model. The salesman informed me all was fine with it and was ready to go and use. No manual was given to me. Couldn't find the battery and charger then somehow took one from somewhere else. I took it home to use it as I was told it was ready to go. Fired up fine then nothing. Went back to the store with receipt in hand and was told it would have to be sent out. I showed them I had bought it under their 30 day policy. Was told dosen't apply to equipment. Still guy looked at it and said it had never had oil so the blade twisted and froze. They take no resposibility.

Called early afternoon and asked if they had glass in stock. I specifically asked if I could come in and take home same day and he replied yes. Person said they have in stock no problem. When I get there (3) guys all looked at each other and said no without checking or apologizing. One guy said that it “would get expensive really quick” whatever that means. They have it in stock but shut me down in 2 minutes.
