I had heard good things about Turbo Tims so i went in to get a transmission leak checked out. Mike was extremely helpful and they kept me informed of the whole process. Unfortunately i couldn’t afford the repair job and so declined. But still felt treated well. Thanks Mike!

These guys just take care of me. I send my old beater in for what I think is the issue and they first of all - they listen to what I say and then - take pictures and explain what they are seeing. They give me upfront what each job will cost and I have a choice of what my budget can allow at this time. They always treat me well and that's hard to find in a mechanic! Yes, I proudly have my bumper sticker. Btw cats - it doesn't matter that I don't know your names cause I'm the one who leaves you catnip. We take care of each other. Nip for excellent car maintenance. It works for me.

If you're looking for honest and quality work for a reasonable, this is the shop. From scheduling the drop off to picking it up, I received nothing but professional, timely, and courteous service. Once the car was inspected, I received a comprehensive report that broke everything down by priority with photos and explanation. The cost of each item was separated along with the total. I was given the option to reject or accept every item and authorize the work over the phone and was given a summary so I knew exactly what I was approving. I also got a call from my technician to discuss any of the items I had questions on. The shop was very honest and straightforward about the work that wasn't necessary and even suggested I could complete some of the work myself to save money. I was given status updates throughout the repairs and when the testing brought up other issues, they took care of it. Finally, they sente an Uber to come get my car and having driven my car for a couple weeks now, it drives better than the day I bought it. This will definitely be my new shop now.

They are simply the best! Nice, accommodating, super thorough and able to get work done really efficiently. Plus I never feel like I am getting ripped off because I’m a woman! Highly recommend.

Great service. I had many repairs done at Turbo Tim for my truck. This time I asked for an inspection only. The report was texted to me including photos and very detailed information on what needs immediate repair and what can be done later. A paid Lyft ride would have been paid by Turbo Tim as well. I highly recommend TurbovTim. Hou will be in good hands!

Was a bit disappointed. Service was delayed by a day due to staffing issues. Rotated my tires but didn’t check the air pressure. Changed the oil. The sticker gives the mileage at the time of the oil change. Have no idea when the next change is due. Synthetic or regular oil? They didn’t tell me which,

Whenever I have any issues with my car, I always take it to Turbo Tim's. They are very trustworthy, they send me documentation/proof of the issue as well as quoted repair prices and wait for my go ahead before proceeding. And they have cats. What's not to love?

Got my car in last minute before labor day weekend and got my car up and running the following Tuesday. Very helpful and the fact you can text them makes it much easier to coordinate details while having to do mundane things like work. Also, as a cat foster, the fact they have well-loved cats roaming their shop is icing on the cake.

TT is a reliable community resource, and it's so nice to know that I'll get trustworthy, friendly service *especially* as a visibly queer, visibly disabled, young woman. I never feel awkward or like I will get made fun of for asking questions. Plus, they give SO MUCH to our local communities!
