My wife and I have worked with Pinnacle Insurance for over 2 years for our personal insurance and within the last year added business insurance. We had a recent opportunity come up that we needed support on and they were fantastic in an incredibly short turn around time - on a holiday weekend mind you - (thanks Natasha for getting it across the finish line!) Really appreciate their communication and attention on their customers - its so rare to experience.

I found Pinnacle Insurance through the Dave Ramsey ELP program. We worked with Al Anchetta on obtaining business insurance. He was prompt and professional and got coverage taken care of within days of submitting the application. Very happy with service overall!
2025. Updated Review: We are also working with both Leah and Jack on Auto and Home insurance. Both have been super helpful! Leah did a good job explaining things and offering options for compensating for the upcoming rate increases.

The whole team is so friendly, always helpful and quick with answers. Jack has been great getting us afforable insurance. Lea has been so great in getting our teens set up on our policy! Tina as well! We give them all 5 stars!

I have been with Pinnacle for a year now and my parents have been with them for many years. We have always felt that we are covered 100% with Pinnacle. Jay and Lea has been absolutely wonderful in helping answer any questions that i have. Policy activations and cancelations are super easy. And the policy itself is far cheaper as i am able to make a one-time payment. Bundling home and auto also saves us a ton of money! Overall 10/10.
