I need an oil change on my RV and because a relative knew someone that worked there they were able to accommodate. I’m not sure that that’s something they do all the time but they sure bailed me out.

Sara told me they had to see my vehicle to quote a payment on a new one, makes me waste my gas and time on Saturday when I already told them my absolute max payment, they didn't even look at my pickup an as soon as Chris walked out he says before I even got there he had already ran numbers and was around 700 way out of the price range I already told them was my max. If they had ran the numbers and told them to me before lying to be telling me they had to see my vehicle to quote me a price I may not have gone in, but would have appreciated the honesty. Even without purchasing a vehicle I had planned to start getting maintenance done on my two 2021 Ram pickups there since it is closer to where I live, but thanks to the terrible service being lied to by Sara and them wasting my time on a Saturday when they clearly could have quoted me some estimated payments without seeing my pickup they have lost a customer FOREVER I will tell my Rams to Nelson in Fergus instead and when the Hemi Charger is back I'll be checking every dealership except this one.

I've purchased a truck and sold one. Used oil change. Never again!!! The manager of the oil change told me I couldn't bring my own filters with me. Even tho my oil changes were FREE!!! That's a special kind of ....

Purchased a Jeep in February, and it needed a motor change by June, 4 Months after having the car.
Disappointed I was sold a lemon.
Called to ask if there was anything they could help us with.
Unable as we didn't buy the extra insurance.

I recently purchased a Dodge Challenger from Webber Family Motors. Travis Anderson was our salesperson and was great to work with. They were non pressuring and gave us a tour of the dealership and met some of the staff while our paperwork was being processed. It was a great experience and highly recommend this dealership!
