They're very friendly and warm. Good customer service. But I brought my car to them due to a heavy shake upon acceleration and at highway speeds. They cut off a part of the frame and welded it, 600 bucks and a full day off work, the shake is actually worse.
Probably fine for tires and lighter repairs, but I won't return.

So I had a rather terrible situation happened to my wife and I. We are driving our van down central entrance and the battery light came on. We quickly stopped and after the people at O'Reilly Auto Parts determined that our alternator was overloaded. I called All Star Service. The guy that answered the phone said that he was able to take my van and get it looked at within the hour. Super nice. Straight to the point gentleman. I wish I could remember his name. I used their recommending Towing service. The company was called USA Towing and recovering. They were also fantastic to deal with and were very prompt in getting my vehicle over there to be repaired. They understood that I was in a bind and had tight deadlines to me and acted accordingly. They diagnosed my vehicle and had a report back to me within the hour. They had diagnosed that the battery was still good. The alternator was fried but all of the wiring that I initially thought had caught fire was completely fine. Gracie who was answering phones that day reassured me that she had three different technicians look at it. Considering that it was an emergency service and they worked very fast, the bill was really reasonable at under $1,000. Bottom line, if you need a repair done, you need it done fast and you want the people to be kind, understanding and don't want to deal around with any extra BS whatsoever. These people are fantastic people to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone in that unfortunate situation that I was in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended!
I can’t say enough good things about All Star Service!
I came in with what I suspected was a serious issue—oil or grease was visibly seeping from the rear driver’s side tire of my camper van.
I knew that wasn’t normal, and definitely not safe, especially since I travel full-time and rely on my van daily.
They got me in immediately—no delays, no runaround—and quickly diagnosed the issue.
Turned out gear oil was leaking from the wheel, and after removing it, they discovered the axle flange wasn’t properly bolted to the rotor.
Shockingly, 2 of the 5 bolts had completely broken off inside the rotor!
They replaced all 5 bolts, the rotor, and the O-ring, thoroughly cleaned everything out, and reassembled it all with great care.
But they didn’t stop there—they also removed the other three tires to inspect all the axles and make sure there were no similar problems elsewhere.
Thankfully, everything else checked out, but I appreciated their thoroughness.
They even topped off and refilled the rear differential fluid without me having to ask.
On top of the top-notch mechanical work, I also travel with two cats, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.
They let me keep the cats loose inside the van while they worked, and were very careful to make sure they didn’t escape when opening and closing doors.
That level of consideration and attention to detail meant so much to me.
All Star Service went above and beyond—not just fixing a dangerous problem quickly and correctly, but doing it with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
I am extremely grateful, and they have definitely earned my trust and future business. Thank you!

I have been going to Allstair Service for many year and had great service. My last was service was great.
