Sat in drive through for way to long. Only one other car there. Last time I ever go here. Many other options then to go to Walgreens. I'm done.

This store locks the doors to the public restrooms after 8pm, refusing customer access to basic amenities.Employee's were rude.It was stated that the cleaning products used are so strong they need to be locked overnight. As a former worker in janitorial, I am well versed in cleaning products..there is non to my knowledge that needs to be left overnight after cleaning.I was outright lied to.Absolutely unacceptable.

Wasted an hour+ after work because their online vaccine systems don't match the store. They didn't have the vaccination I needed even though the online system said they did. Also the employee took 20 mins+ to find my insurance on their system.Waste of time I wouldn't expect to get the shot you need unless you go there and check what they have for sure. Their systems are horrible

Went to this Walgreens and losers were screaming at the low wage workers because they weren't wearing masks properly. Imagine being this pressed post pandemic lol.

Tired of trying to shop here being harassed by homeless people at the door. They should not be aloud to do this. Fix this please.

Worst pharmacy ever. Never going back and will use the CVS across the street from now on.

Attempted to pick up my child's prescription and upon doing so I was told they would not fill his meds because the name of the medication I asked about was the brand name and not the generic brand. It should not matter if I asked for the generic or brand name. They then tell me there is a huge difference in the medication between brand name and generic therefore they declined to fill it. Hunter (pharmacist) then proceeded to tell me it would not be ready after I told them that they could not dictate the medication my child receives. 2 days later I call to again ask about the same medication to them telling me there is no prescription for either brand or generic. I do a little more digging and they cancelled my child's prescription without notification and sent it back to our home town 3 hours away!Multiple issues regarding Walgreens and the pharmacy in the past and this is the last straw. I no longer support any Walgreens and will be reporting these issues regarding specifically the east side store in duluth MN.

I think the other reviews speak for itself here. I was visiting out of town, my dexcom sensor was due to be changed. I brought one with, but it malfunctioned.I didn’t have another and my current one was expired. I was unmonitored, when typically my sugar is checked every 5 minutes. It’s a big deal.I immediately called this pharmacy (big mistake), as it was the closest to me. Requested my prescription be transferred and filled at 10am. The pharmacist LORI was very rude. When she Ana’s we’re the phone she didn’t give her name or anything. I told her I needed to transfer a script and she said “ you’re rude, I don’t like taking orders”. I’m like what? I’m just telling you why I’m calling. I need to transfer a prescription from my home town pharmacy to YOUR local pharmacy. I’m sorry that is being rude. ?I gave her my birthday, name, and address/phone number. I asked her name at the end of the conversation as she was very rude to me and I plan to contact corporate- as no one should be treated so crummy. She hung up on me after telling me her name.I stopped at the pharmacy at 1pm as I was unmonitored for the last 2 hours.I was told it’s not ready, to come back in 1 hour. We came back at 2:30pm. We were told by the male pharmacist that the prescription was not transferred. That I had hung up BEFORE they could confirm I wanted my prescription transferred.Ummmm…..that’s why I called in the first place, was to transfer the script. It was the ONLY reason I called. It would have been nice if they called and told me they weren’t going to fill or seek clarification if they DID have a question. As they had my insurance/address/ name/phone number and DOB.Told him yes, I still need it transferred. ?♀️. He said the phone number for my pharmacy will take hours on hold. What?Okay…..so they told me I had to provide a different phone number or they could fill the script. I had given them the 1-800 number. I had a direst number from a prescription bottle in the car, I came back in and gave them. It’s 3:00pm by now. I’ve been unmonitored for 4 hours. I don’t have a separate glucose monitor with me.He told me he will call my local pharmacy and get the script transferred, but it will take “a few hours”. I came back at 5pm, they had the script transferred, but it wasn’t filled yet.It took another 30 minutes for them to fill it for me. I was unmonitored for over 6.5 hours. This is something they should have been able to quickly done under 4 hours. Seriously rude pharmacist who failed to do her job. I’m lucky the other pharmacists could fix her incompetence and pull her weight. The rest of the staff were helpful, just Lori the pharmacist seems unable and unwilling to do her job. Diabetics on a pump need to be continually monitored. Can’t recommend this pharmacy if LORI is working.

I was visiting Duluth when I blew out my knee. I called and asked if they carried crutches. They had them at the register when I limped in. They got them out of the packaging and adjusted them for me, even put the pads on for me. The whole staff were friendly and so kind!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I know how important it is to establish a good relationship with the establishment so you get the medication that determines the quality of life. This staff appears not to adhere to that concept. This pharmacy just does not do a good job with customer care. I understand they may be short-staffed, but as a critical care nurse, your team needs to learn how to deal with it instead of being RUDE! Start paying your pharmacy staff better, which may attract more qualified people.

I canceled all of my prescriptions from this location since they would never confirm my refill request nor order my seizure medication. Not even if I called them. I stopped going in the store all together once I saw an employee a few times over the course of a month that had, what seemed to be, a rotting foot / leg wrapped up and being dragged around. I say it seemed like it was rotting as it gives off a foul stench.. That employee needs time off to seek proper medical care.

Worst Walgreens in town. Never a good experience. Unprofessional, rude & clueless associates, managers and pharmacy staff.Transferred any Rx to a store out of my way but worth it.Highly recommend another store or CVS.

The only thing I can think is that their staff is over worked. They are not a good business model. They are not empathetic and not respectful. The manager who's name is Megan is not good with patients, does not seem to understand what is being asked and cuts people off. I will be trying to avoid this store in the future and do business elsewhere.
