I just called the pharmacy at Walgreens to check on a prescription I have been waiting on for over a month now. As I was waiting to be transferred and for the phone to ring, I cleared my throat. ONCE. As I finish clearing my throat someone answers the phone, "Walgreens" and I say "Hello, I was just calling to check on a prescription" and she answers back, incredibly rudely, "If you're going to clear your throat like that, you absolutely need to pull the phone away from your mouth. You cleared your throat and not only was it just super loud, it was to the point of causing me physical pain to my ears. You can not ever do something like that again. Just a lesson you need to learn, word to the wise, but no hard feelings hopefully......" then pauses as I am supposed to take the conversation from there. I have not been treated that rudely by customer service in a long time and am very upset that she made this a priority and took the time to lecture me, when I was just calling for a prescription update. Very rude.

I had the BEST experience printing pictures here. So good I needed to leave a review. They were so nice and incredibly fast and offered the best customer service. Joe (I believe was his name) was one of the best workers I’ve ever met. If Joe’s boss is reading this, he deserves a raise!! Keep that guy as long as you can!!Happy Holidays!

I went in to buy a few items, and walked up to the main check-out. The cashier (dressed in street clothes and no name tag) told me he was closing his register and that he wouldn't help me.I asked if the people in the pharmacy were open, and if they would ring me up. He ignored me and refused to speak.I went to the back and got great service. Upon walking out the front, I noticed the cashier was helping someone else. I said "Oh, you got your register working!" He said "Guess so and laughed." I asked him his name, and after thinking about it for a few minutes he came up with Ronald.I went back to the pharmacy to verify the teenagers name, and they had no idea. They grabbed me a "manager" and he refused to tell me the teens name, either. I said "Ronald," and then he said "Yeah that's his name."Incredible, absolutely incredible

The pharmacy here is pathetic. My insurance was canceled by mistake by the morons at the county health office, and instead of trying to be helpful the pharmacy simply refused to give me the “free” vaccines they had advertised outside on a huge sandwich board. Not one bit helpful. Did zero to try and fix the problem. Will NEVER use Walgreens ever again. Trash company, trash employees.

Waited nearly an hour for simple perspiration refill, while the pharmacist spent the entire time on the phone consulting. Perhaps take care of the customers in front of you first or have someone else handle phone consultations.

Staff were incredibly rude, I’ve come to pick up my prescription twice now and was very understanding as I know sometimes things get mixed up. I was okay with coming back a third time but they treated me like it was my mistake when they failed to order it. Just shocked with the lack of ability to accept that they continued to make errors and then treat their customer rudely for it.

Kenwood Walgreens Pharmacist is the most unprofessional pharmacist I’ve dealt with. They were having trouble filling my prescription, but instead of letting me know, they wait until I call to find out why it’s not ready. I was told I needed to look elsewhere. What! When I asked is it not his job to fill my prescription.He basically said no.It an anti seizure medication. Not like I can just quit taking it.I found it and they would not transfer the Dr prescription so I had to call my Dr and get his office to call. So helpful!Obviously I am changing pharmacies.

I started going here when I first started my transition as a trans woman, and all I can say is half the staff are less helpful (and probably don't know what they're doing half the time). Needless to say I have to do multiple trips a week just to get my medications when I should've had them all the same day. If I could rate a 0 I would. Not to mention half the staff are rude to me as well for no particular reason at all.

Woman at the pharmacy drive through window was rude. I am still waiting for a Covid test result that I took 3 days ago now. Online it said my result would come in 2 hours. Not an efficient place to get tested if you need a fast result.

Front cashier staff are always very polite. Pharmacy staff usually are. Lol.3 stars is being generous considering for everything else.

Went in for a shot and was treated like a criminal by the Pharm techs because they couldn't communicate what they needed so instead they were rude and wouldn't listen to what was needed. If you are going to be in a customer service role, don't be an angry person and explain what you need. This world doesn't need any more rude, crabby, impersonal people!!!

A friend of mine went to go get photos printed, and they came out super janky. When she asked them to reprint it, they asked her to leave the store with extreme attitude, though she was being extremely nice. Super unprofessional.
