Long review, but worth the read if you’re trying to decide where to go!
If I could give more stars I honestly would! I had an emergency tire repair needing to be done and I dreaded having to take it in somewhere to get it repaired, as I do unfortunately have a bias about the auto repair industry and how gender roles can affect the outcome for lots of people.
I called multiple tire shops around me and that bias was almost immediately brought to fruition. I was met with stark tones from the male service reps. I was talked down to and rushed and not given clear or direct answers when I had specific questions… I was about ready to try and be a YouTube mechanic and figure it out myself (I know how to change a tire. but my rim was bent and I didn’t know how to handle that).
Anyways, before I decided to throw in the towel, I made one final call and that was to Bobby & Steve’s.
I spoke with three different gentlemen that worked there and they ALL understood proper customer service. It was a breathe of fresh air and I actually felt comfortable and confident in bringing my vehicle to them.
Ryan specifically knocked it out of the park. He even went the extra mile and added my tires to a pickup order he was already planning to make within the next half hour of me calling, so I could get my tire replaced same day! I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me, the person, not just fulfill a sale or a quota or whatever.
I felt even more relaxed when I finally arrived to the auto shop and was face to face with everyone in person. Just an overall great environment and great employees and that is a big deal, especially in today’s social climate where customer service is kind of dead regardless of gender or other bias. I just really appreciate this place and I will definitely be back again!

Terrible service by Michelle the store manager
She acted like a smart detective which is really sad
Was really disappointed that she treated a badly designed car wash (the machine to enter the wash code is too far and on a curve) which could cause issue or cause u to hit a pole. All poles there are RUBBER poles (EXCEPT ONE is metal that is fixed to the ground). I thought it is a rubber like all adjacent ones but the bad designer made it steal!!!! I hit my car and damaged the corner of the bumper of my wife's Tesla X (new). It is a small damage not huge though.
I went inside the store and talked to them, and the auto service manager told me "yes we know it is POORLY designed and we received a lot of complaints". When I spoke next day to the store manager (her name is Michelle), she was rude and trying to make me look like committing a "FRAUD" instead of her trying to understand the issue and resolve it in a friendly manner. She had her employees who report to her to support her to prove that I am wrong.
I told her it is a poorly designed machine location and I told her what the service manager of her store said and confirmed that, but she told me "he does NOT know"
VERY VERY VERY bad customer service and she was trying to smart out the customer.
She showed me a picture before and after, claiming that this damage is from before, I asked her nicely to send me that picture so that I know the authenticity of the picture but she refused.
If, that is an actual picture (and that is not proven), then it could happen again from two weeks earlier and my tesla X got damaged on the bumper from the brushes of your car wash. Again, it is a small damage with a little plastic sticking out, and I asked her to look at the camera two weeks ago (before and after) to confirm to me, since she is acting like a detective, but unfortunately a POORLY SKILLED Detective like exactly the poorly skilled designed car wash.
They don't even deserve 1-star, I wish I can give them 10 poop emojis. That is what their service deserve.
Very upset with her treatment and trying to accuse me of FRUAD, I'm really disgusted with her attitude and customer service.
I just filed a complaint to the BBB.

The staff is very nice, but when it comes to the diagnostic for my vehicle, they wanted to charge me, but it was unnecessary, when my problem was more of a mechanical problem, not electrical.

Their E-85 pump could possibly be the slowest gas pump in the entire metro. Have had to give up while getting gas several times now.

I have been coming to this particular location for service on my car for almost ten years. The service is always consistent, friendly, and they are ethical. Last year I had an issue with my car that needed to be done by the dealorship due to a patent issue. I was SO appreciative of their ethics, honesty, and due diligence.
Fast forward to this year, I had a small repair on my car and I worked with Austin M. He displayed the highest degree of professionalism, warmth, customer service that is first class. There is customer service where you needs are met and no complaints (great) then there is customer excellence, where he goes above and beyond you expectations to ensure you are satisfied. I am SO impressed with this level of service. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience! I loved the complimentary car wash and space to work upstairs during my oil change. The WiFi was fast and my service was very quick! Austin made sure to take really good care of me!!!

I stopped by last weekend (7/12/24 @ ~4:45pm) after calling ahead of time to have a Mobile One Synthetic Oil Change & tire rotation done. I was told on the phone the wait time was about an hour and to stop by if I wanted one done. When I arrived I tried to get my oil changed and was promptly told they were not able to fit me in today 2.5 hour to close. I would have “scheduled” an appointment if they told me this would have been the case. I was totally fine waiting till close for my oil change but the service advisors just turned away good business.
