Fantastic 1st experience with Orr. My 05 Mini S went in for an exam of it's suspension. They got on it at the appointed time, circled back with a detailed explanation of findings when finished...in plain English! Took about an hour total, and all for a very reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Class act! Thanks guys!

I called Orr to check about a previous rod bearing service done on an e92 m3 I was looking at buying. Chris, the owner, picked up and graciously spent so much time not only giving me the details of that service but also sharing knowledge about the ins and outs of m3 maintenance, based on experience that you can’t just find from reading all the forums. I don’t even live close by, so it wasn’t just all business. I can tell they truly care about not only your car but also your personal experience. Need to find a shop like this one near me.

Once your BMW warranty is up Orr is the best place to go. Orr is less expensive per hour vs dealership and they treat your car as if it is theirs. Fair and honest. We have had BMWs for years and trust these guys. They will often say here is something but I would wait or you should do this because. Hard to find honest people in the care business.

I was really getting frustrated trying to DIY repair my BMW. I decided to take it into Orr Autosport after getting a personal recommendation. I told Chris what unsuccessful steps I had taken and he was able to diagnose and repair the next day. One High Pressure Fuel Pump later and it's running great -- no more codes or poor acceleration. When I dropped off the car, Chris gave me an idea of the cost, when I picked it up, no surprises -- Thank you Chris !

I had been taking my Audi to the dealership since buying it several years ago - and always felt like I was being pressured into having unnecessary repairs done or the issues I had were being blown way out of proportion. I'm so thankful to have found Orr - they consistently provide honest service, do great work, are transparent in their approach, and make you feel welcome when walking in the door. Not to mention - the building and style of the interior (& garage) is so artful and clean, it feels like a modern art gallery in LA. When you want an expert to work on your Audi, BMW, or Mini, these are the people you go to. They have people on staff that know these cars inside and out. To top it off, their professionalism and kindness make every visit enjoyable. I trust them 100% with my Mini. They have always served me well, which is why I still take it there even though I live a 45 minutes away.

Had a cylinder head oil leak and these guys did a great job! Was about half the price of BMW dealer which I was happy about. Would 100% go with them again and definitely recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance
