Tricam makes the famous Gorilla line of products (Ladders, Carts, Hose Reels, etc.) that I find at Home Depot and I absolutely love their products, so much so that I replaced everything with their version. Everything is WELL built, well engineered, and lasts for a long long time. Whatever this team (design, engineering) is doing - please give them all a raise. Truly love every product that comes from Gorilla. Keep it up!! And make more versions and branch out into the other products out there so I can replace my toolshed with all Gorilla products PLEASE.

I purchased a gorilla cart rated at 800 pounds. It came with no-flat foam filled tires. I mounted my 530 pound generator onto the cart and the tires went flat. I have filled out a warranty claim form and hope to replace these foam filled tires with solid rubber tires.

Bought a gorilla cart and the tires were all punctured by thorns the next day. Bought a second one thinking I got a bad batch of tires and the same thing happened.How do you have an outdoor cart that can’t be used where there are thorns, this is ridiculous.Tried to get customer service to replace the tires and they want $100 for thorn resistant tires. What a joke.

Pull your tandems all the way forward, very small cul de sac to turn around in. They have nice restrooms. The crew is friendly and quick!

I love my gorilla cart! It's perfect for my around-the-barn needs - everyone loves to use it. When the front tires deflated after about 2 months, I went on line to find a contact. n I read some poor survey comments saying they took forever to get replacement parts, if they could at all. Needless to say, I was dismayed as I really needed the cart on a daily basis. I emailed my request, not expecting a response anytime soon...but to my amazement a rep email me w/in a day and i had my tires within the week. Just wanted to share my good experience. I seems like they turned their customer service around!
