Jill was very nice when I visited this location. I needed to pick up an item from the store. I did not realize there were two edina locations. Jill was very helpfull in calling the other location to find out if it was there and letting themknow I was on my way to pick up.

I visited the Southdale Lululemon in Minneapolis and had such a great experience thanks to Lara. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Her friendly attitude and willingness to take the time to answer my questions made a big difference. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and supportive in retail — she truly went above and beyond. I really appreciated her help and just wanted to share my thanks!

I don't ever shop at Lululemon, but I ordered some sling bags for a trip for pick up and when it was picked up, it just had 2 rubberbands around them to hold them together. So they can't put the brand new items in a bag for protection? Sorry that we didn't go inside to shop for a bag. Now I know why I will never shop here again.

My friend and I visited this store on a Friday night, and we were the only customers there. Despite there being about ten employees on the floor, not a single one approached us to offer assistance. We ended up leaving because the staff was more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. It was a disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning.

I had a great experience at the Lululemon store in Southdale Mall. I went in to return a “final sale” item that didn’t fit well, and the manager went above and beyond by making a one-time exception to process the return back to my credit card instead of offering in-store credit. I truly appreciated their understanding and willingness to help. Exceptional customer service like this makes a huge difference—thank you for making my visit so positive!

Heads up; Store only carries up to a size 14. If you are size 16 and up it’s online ordering only for you. You will have to wait 3-5 business days vs the joy of picking out your outfit and asking questions about the products. (That part is truly such a joy/part of the fun.) I recommended to staff perhaps a couple of types of pants like the Align, for example, could have the larger sizes available in store vs online. Perhaps not all the products (as the clerk told me it was they didn’t have enough cubby hole shelving to fit everyone.) That way your plus size customers could have something to choose from ready to go. The clerk mumbled something about how that wouldn’t be fun for everyone to try one the on same pair of pants(??) so I don’t think she understood me. Return policy is in store credit or exchange only. I needed something today so I had to leave with the one pant in my size on the clearance rack from being returned by a different plus shopper. : /

Been to several Lululemons. Pretty typical experience. Friendly staff, spacious store, stylist products, and high prices. Learned that they will hem pants for free.

Brutal customer service. I’ve been to several lululemon locations and have had very pleasant experiences at all, with the exception of this specific location. On more than one occasion, I’ve walked in to simply return or exchange an item purchased online, and have felt truly uncomfortable and unwelcome by the staff. The staff I’ve encountered are blatantly rude and will not give you the time of day. Highly suggest MOA or downtown Edina.

We talked to one of the clerks whose name was Damian (I think), and he was a very wonderful person to speak to! He helped us with whatever we asked and was overall a great lululemeon employee!!

I visited the store to exchange a pair of ripped pants, and unfortunately, my interaction with the store manager, Tory, was very disappointing.
Tory's behavior was unprofessional and rude, which is not what I have come to expect from Lululemon. In all my previous visits to Lululemon stores, I have always had positive experiences and received excellent customer service.
I kindly request that Tory be educated on the importance of professionalism and respectful communication with customers. Ensuring all staff members uphold these standards is crucial to maintaining the high level of customer service that Lululemon is known for …

I just did a return at the southdale location and was treated like a child. She told me that I was given a healthcare discount on an item that was not for me and scrutinized me for another worker giving me a discount?! She told me that my account could be shut down and in jeopardy. when I confronted her about her terrible attitude she kept pointing the finger and would not apologize. It looks like there are similar complaints from multiple people. I would avoid shopping here and go up the street to 50th and france where everyone is kind and helpful even if you have to return something. If you have to do a return here avoid the girl with glasses and tattoos up her arm. I have warned my co-workers at the hospital about this location given that we all get healthcare discounts. This place not only needed a new location but needs new staff!

Bought a hoodie size large from mall of America . Then decided to go Extra large, it has been only an hour, then I stopped by edina location because that’s where i work. She started complaining about long rip tag attached on top side of hoodie. I said you have actual price tag in the bag, and it is been only an hour. She gave me really bad attitude and exchanged it. Now I really don’t wanna keep this hoodie because of her.Customer service is joke at this location.
