My ortho Dr has been attempting for a month to get me the scooter I need. Sent fax several times, called several times called again today and they have no fricken clue who I am after a months worth of contacts ... I AM GOING ELSEWHERE .. Reliable is nothing but "unreliable".

So I'm a double leg amputee with no wheelchair. And my doctor called in an order to this place for a power chair a week ago they still don't have me in the system I talked to Gail she was really awesome, then I talked to Maddie! Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life including talking over me and not listening and asking me my name three times extremely rude and condescending tone of voice! If you have a disability I would not go here because this place will make your life worse! Extremely unprofessional and don't care if you've got a disability because their customers are obviously not a priority! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Caveat emptor.. buyer beware!!!
I am currently working with them. And we'll see where this goes from here

Dave and Becky were SUPER Friendly and helped with all of our needs, even demonstrated how things worked. We would recommend them to our friends and family anytime!!
