Bella and Naomi the florists at Holtz Garden Center and Floral are amazing. They recently did the flowers for a friends bridal shower and they turned out stunning. The girls were so professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. Cant say enough good things about their work.

We’ve used Holtz several times to help with our sprinkler system with startups and repair work. In the past I’ve had no issues with them. This year was different.
I had a sprinkler issue and they scheduled a tech to come out. I had to take a half day off of work because they said the person would be there sometime between noon and 5pm. The tech never showed or called. I called the next day and spoke to a lady who was going to talk to the tech. Never got a call back. I called and left a message hoping to reschedule and never got called back.

Ordered flowers for my sister in the Ham Lake area through the website, which was really easy to use! Was blown away by the arrangement-it's absolutely gorgeous and she was thrilled. I ordered it late morning and it was there by early afternoon already. Super happy with my experience. Will be ordering again!

Not too terribly expensive for pea gravel and convenient as well.
We purchased about 1 1/2 yrd of pea gravel for our bonfire pit.

I had the worst experience with the landscaping part of this business. Holtz sold it to J Dressel Landscaping but they still use the Holtz Landscape phone number option 2. Not sure why.
I have hired this company to open and blow out my sprinkler system. They have turned over a few times but now that J Dressel owns it my service is AWFUL. Before J Dressel took over I had zero issues for years.
First guy came out and literally did nothing. I have cameras outside and saw him come in then leave. Did NOTHING! The second guy said I had over 7 broken heads and a leak!! Not sure how that happened if they had been maintaining my sprinkler system 2x a year.
After I paid a lot of money to fix those issues I noticed there were additional issues after the guy left that "fixed" my system. See pictures.
I have sent a note to them and asked for my prepaid blow out to be refunded and canceled any business with them. I have not seen a refund yet no response.
RUN far away before they wreck your entire sprinkler system. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their nightmare.

I ordered a flower arrangement from Holtz and was soooooooo happy how it turned out. It truly was stunning and affordable. They were able to deliver the arrangement promptly the next morning! They saved the day for me and I can't wait to order again!

I was given a bouquet from Holtz Floral and they are the most stunning flowers and lasted three weeks. A few flowers needed to be removed after a week but I had to leave a review to support this amazing Ham Lake business.

Did not have a good experience with this business. They dug up my yard in May, never completed the project after 2 months+ , left big holes in my yard, missed appointments and never followed up, never blocked out enough time to finish the job in 1 trip and scheduled 6 trips, the employees they send were confused and not educated on how to get the sprinkler system to work, now my system doesn't work at all. No sense of pride in their work or follow through. This is how they left my yard. How will they leave your yard?P.s. No, I do not have you confused. The number you provided goes to the right business.
