I realize that the holiday season is a busy time of year. But next time, when my primary doctor decides to DENY a prescription, could you please NOTIFY me ASAP, instead of making me wait for an eternity to find out about the denial! This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was AS BAD, as when your staff had the audacity to tell me that my medical coverage was changed to Medicare, which was NOT TRUE AT ALL!
