Terrible customer service. Was told by the seller my package would be dropped off at the door. But apparently when it’s an apartment it gets left in the mailbox area. Which I was not told about. I had to haul everything 3 stories up by myself. Terrible manager, asked me to figure it out myself and hung up on me. Never going back, don’t recommend other people to go either.

I wanted to look at merchandise online. In order to "❤️" an item I have to log in. I don't want to log into a website to simply look at their mattresses. I wanted to submit a suggestion but you can only contact through a phone call or making an appointment, no email. I'm going to skip buying my mattress here because the site is hard to navigate & I don't want to waste time going into the store if they don't have what I want.

Steph was so fun to work with and did not even care that we were there little after 8 she treated us like couple and not a number or a time card we came in for a beautiful entertainment center and also got a new couch, she even got to mess with my husband who decided to take a break in there massage chair that she control from her cell phone ?he thought he broke it Thank you Stef and staff at Ashley for a fun easy transaction

My wife and I came in to shop for a mattress and could not have been happier with our experience. A gentleman named Chris took his time with us, was very personable and professional, and explained all of the various features so that we could make an educated decision. I would wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone who wants a pleasant, professional environment.

Chris and his team are great! Shopping at Ashley is like an experience because all of the staff are so much fun and enjoy what they do. They are all very knowledgeable of their products and help you through the entire process to make a hard decision easy!

We have gotten our bedset furniture & some recliners from Ashley Furniture, and always have been pleased.During this trip we got a New King sized Mattress, Nightstand & Better than a boxspring bedstand.I’ve been having backaches with our 13yr. old Sealy Kingsized Mattress that we got from Menards. This new Ashley Mattress & Better than a Boxspring we got sure has helped tremendously.

We stopped in before getting groceries as we've been looking for a new sectional. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful. We were able to get in, look through the store, purchase our sectional and get out in half an hour.

We just bought a new Ashley sofa and love seat from the Mankato, MN. store. We had the pleasure to work with Stephanie at this store. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We loved dealing with her. We will definitely come back to this store just as we have in past years. Thank you Stephanie for getting us such a great price!
