I came with 3 large heavy boxes, cribs my daughter was returning after closing her daycare. Maddie helped me with these heavy boxes, transporting them and several other less heavy boxes in a light rain. After getting them inside it was determined that the cribs did not have the correct QR code to return and we had to take the cribs back to my truck. Again Maddie took them back without complaint. Excellent customer service as far as I’m concerned.

I am up here visiting and I can tell you all the ups stores around where I live are polite and always helpful....the experience returning Amazon stuff on Saturday 7/29) still has me scratching my head. The lady came up from in back and I had my Scan codes printed (as I can't always find in my phone). I felt I was being efficient and trying to make it as easy as possible. Before I knew it I was getting asked why I was being rude and I definitely try and recognize customer service is not easy and did not feel I was rude what so ever. She went to next package I gave her scan code for that return she said I could leave her store if I was gonna be rude...again totally in shock. Finally made it to the 4th return I had she asked if I want receipt I said no thank you and before I turned around she rudly yelled to help next lady....I am not sure whats wrong with this particular lady...but not sure customer service is her cup of tea...or she was having an extremely bad day. I will not go back there ever again.

I loath having to go here. No matter who is working the counter it's terrible service and they have an attitude like I'm ruining their day by being there. I've debated not returning some of my Amazon purchases just so I don't have to deal with this store. I miss Kohl's returns.

I went to this UPS store today to return my Comcast cable boxes. When I was next - The lady working obviously did not want to help me once she saw what I needed to retun because she walked away mumbling something to her other co-worker. Luckily there was a this young guy more than willing to help me. Thank-you to the young kid!! You Rock!

Sketchy. I tried to ship a PS Vita to my friend and somehow it never left North Mankato. Just disappeared. Strange how that happens. I tried calling asking for details, was told someone would contact me, and no one ever did. Stay away from this store.Update: A woman from the store saw this review and called me up to yell at me. She was hostile and rude and still couldn’t find my package (wonder why).

Very rude people. I dropped off a router for Frontier and this woman Natasha was extremely rude. My directions were to drop off the equipment. She yelled at me because it was in a box. Very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady working tried to tell me ups doesn’t deliver on saturdays when THEY DO! She held my package hostage from Friday to Monday when both this store and ups are BOTH operating on saturdays. Hung up on me when I tried to call, said if I get mad she can’t see anything. Weird I didn’t know that anger makes you blind. Never want to deal with this unprofessional lady again!!!

Returning Amazon products and unaware that two of the packages needed to be sealed up. Instead of offering me 2 pieces of tape he pointed to my phone and said read that. I understand you are in the shipping business but if you are willing to lose business because of your practices rather than increase business because of your practices then be it. When I returned the packages I thanked him but he said nothing, no thanks or anything. I will never use your services again and will not purchase anything from Amazon that requires your service.

Complete incompetent staff. After package was unable to deliver (not home) Driver sloppily crosses off 1 of 2 pick up locations on note, which actually looked like he was underlining it so my gf goes to wrong location to pick up. I my self later on go to correct location (this store). I bring my ID and her ID which has same address but different than delivery. I tell them the current address we live at where package was supposed to deliver and still wouldn’t let me take the package… robots unable to think. All for a small package of pre-workout powder.

Had to return a box with shoes purchased online. The instructions I was issued were to print two labels and put one inside, another one should be glued on the outside part of the box. I did as instructed and brought the box to the UPS store but did not tape it, being not sure if they'd need to check / insure the content and verify the first label inside. The lady at the counter said she would ship my box open to the online store, which was certainly not the way boxes are shipped. I asked if she could put a tape on the box, since instructions were not clear on the taping part, and she said she'd charge me for the tape. I said I had no problem paying for the taping stripe. The conversation's tone was as if I was trying to steal from the UPS by asking to put a stripe of tape.
