I stop here tonight because I was having tire pressure issues. I pulled around to the back, where a young man, was pulling in a truck into the garage. I told him my issue and he grabbed the airhose and a tool , fixed the valve and filled my tires in the rain. And he did with a smile! Thank you!!

This is the first time we’ve gone to YoungSteads car wash and detailing.
The cashier was nice. The guys that hand dried did a good job. Then we went to have the inside detailed and we have grandchildren so there was crumbs and fingerprints all over.
Tony was the name of the guy that worked on our car. It is immaculate it looks like it could’ve come off a showroom. We are very happy and definitely will come back again. Great job, Tony.

Paid 26.11 for the top wash only for my car to look like it had not been washed at all. Wasted time and money.

Great “Car Wash”, only due to the hand drying aspect of the wash. $26 was rather much considering how lack luster the car wash truly was. Got the nice light dust off my car but failed to do much else. It’s 2024, we are paying $26 for a car wash and nobody has created a better solution to get bugs off the front of cars at a car wash? Tire shine was very mediocre and only got 1/4 of my tire’s actually shined. I think Mister Car Wash offers a much better wash quality than here, I’d save the extra $10 and just go to Kwik Trip or holiday, quality is about the same, or just purchase the cheapest wash as their “best value” is a load of crap and not worth the $26 after tax and they hand dry at all price levels.

Thought my keys were sucked up in the vacuum at there Maple Grove car wash location Employees took time out of their busy day to help me look for my keys Who does that these days Thanks a lot for your help. Youngsteds also service my cars always great service. Again thanks for your help finding my keys hats off to you people.

Don’t buy into their hazard program, unless you only drive in locations where they have retail stores, it does not do any good if not used only at their locations.
Had an issue hundreds of miles from home and ran into tire issues. After my review (Brian I believe one of the owners), called and we had a good talk. I give them credit for the follow up and trying to make it right, despite I had to buy 4 new tires when I was not expecting to. But in the time of need I called and was not given great guidance in the moment. Brian addressed that as well and is doing some training to make sure all options are given to people in my situation in the future. Glad it will help someone else have a better experience.

Updated 6/11: Still haven't heard anything from this store (manager or otherwise). I bought a bottle of Maguires and did a better detail job in about an hour with that cleaning product and some elbow grease.
Updated 5/21: Left my information when I called the number you left today at 11:15 AM. Number provided by you is the store’s number. Manger on duty was in the tunnel when i called. Haven’t heard back. It’s 2:40 PM now.

I miss my cupholder.
My parents dropped off my car on a Saturday at 9 AM for a detailing. The car was ready for pick up at 6:00 PM that day and my parents dropped it off at my work.
I work two jobs and closed at my second that day so I wasn't able to review the job until the next day. My cupholder is now missing.. I wasn't able to call until that Thursday during lunch, because again, I work two jobs and close 70-80hrs/wk.
I purchased this 04 honda pilot from a friend, who admitted they never cleaned it. So for how dirty it was, the detail job was good. That said, I wish I would have spent an hour or two of my own time pre-cleaning so they could have actually detailed it... It's still sub-par..( I literally pulled out trash from under the passenger seat that doesn't belong to me as recent as last night) Again, considering .. it was okay
BUT - WHERES MY FREAKING CUPHOLDER!?
When I called that Thursday the receptionist had to call me back and the voicemail said the detailer didn't have it and never did....
With this model, there are not cupholder on the door... Even my water bottles with lids topple over because the center console has no place to support a beverage without that cupholder.... Its not only messy but also unsafe.
I basically can't use my center console if I have a beverage because I risk the chance of whatever liquid spilling on anything.. my phone, mints, napkins...
To be honest. If your detailer would of been like, "oh **** I accidently threw that away I meant to clean it but accidently tossed it" - I wouldn't be so upset. To flat out lie and say it wasn't there while I am struggling with this is bull.

Brought a car in for the interior detailing package. I will give some benefit of the doubt as it was a pretty dirty car however in my opinion for getting it detailed it was not near the quality I’ve seen at other places and I’m not ecstatic with the results. Still quite a bit of pet hair and various stuff stuck on, in between, and in the back of the seats. I am also frustrated, several areas were left with dirt and gunk on them. Dirt and gunk that seems to come off when I wipe it off with a Clorox wipe so not sure why it’s still there when professionals with better products are doing it. It really just went from looking like a very dirty car to a little bit dirty car. I understand some of the car is stained and it is not going to look new, but I was able to get it looking cleaner than I brought it home in 10 minutes so it was not the best job that could’ve been done. Price is much cheaper than other places but the quality difference is noticeable. Would probably be an okay option if your car isn’t too bad but if you want a clean clean car I would go elsewhere.
