Rhonda never disappoints. I've gotten my haircuts & perms from her for 3 yrs. She is always willing to listen closely & discuss hair ideas with respect & knowledge. She is exceptionally talented. Plus she gives helpful styling instructions. Her rates are extremely reasonable. Can't beat her TALENT or the PRICE. So give her a big tip. She's the BEST !!!!
