Went in to trade my '21 Q7 for a new one and found out this dealer uses KBB to scam its customers out of thousands in trade value. In my case there was over 9K difference between their KBB offer and what every other source including Black Book valued the trade. I went to a reputable Audi dealer and they offered the actual trade value up-front. The big red flag for me was when they handed me the Carfax and it was missing the value page. Try getting that page from them and when they refuse LEAVE!

Had this dealership not had the exact car I wanted, I would've never gone through with my purchase here. The business manager (finance) was extremely pushy about their warranty product, over-inflating the price of potential repairs in a pitch for me to buy their warranty. He advised of a $13K turbo repair job that I had another Audi dealer price for me at $4,300. I have had background with cars my entire life, so I knew this was incorrect. I assume he was trying to take advantage of a single young woman buying a vehicle. He was extremely rude and pushy the entire process. I did raise these concerns to management as well and was brushed off and victim blamed as a response.

We purchased a car from them on May 5th and they gave us a 28 day temp plate. After day 30 of not receiving the title in the mail (we are out of state and paid for the car in full), I tried for 3 days to get ahold of someone, no one ever returned my messages. I reached out to MN DMV who advised me to file a claim with the MN Dealer Licensing & Inspections Unit. Within 10 min of filing my claim, a lady from MN Dealer Licensing & Inspections Unit responded to my message. To make a long story short, Audi did not even start to process the title but within a week and a half, I had the title overnighted to me!! Audi was wonderful with communicating when we wanted to come test drive the car and through out the buying process, but when it came to the leg work (after they had my money), they (upper management team) were non existent. Now, my teenage daughter can finally get real plates on her car instead of driving around with expired temporary plates. I will applaud Chelsey and Kim at Audi though. They were very nice and very helpful (as helpful as they could be waiting on the upper management team :( ). I will not advise this dealership to any of my friends. It is a shame that the business management team could give a crap about customer service, but their lower level team go out of their way.

After a high pressure sales experience, We purchased an Audi e-Tron with a final purchase price with taxes and fees of $86,486.28. We asked for assistance 2 days later stating how disappointing our experience was with this vehicle. We attempted to speak with folks in finance and sales and never could connect. So frustrating! They made us feel like we were suckers for purchasing this beautiful car that was completely unreliable. Had we had the opportunity to test it over a weekend, we never would have purchased it. We continued to have problems for months, finally got it into your shop for service and were told that your used car guys wouldnt even assess its value unless they knew what was wrong with us despite having multiple warrantees that Audi sold us. It took 3 days for a quote to come in on a vehicle we were interested in for (which is no longer available), and they finally valued the e-Tron at $48,000, a difference of $38,486.28 since 9/23/22. (3months). We understand that this is how they make money, but wow, I dont even know what to say. We are even getting better trade in value at competitors because they don't want it back.

Was a wonderful experience at Audi Mineapolis! I had an Audi in the past and had switched to a Mercedes GLC but after a couple years in the winter really missed Audi's Quattro all wheel drive and needed more tech features for my work than what my GLC had so did some research on PHEV models and liked the idea of looking into getting a Q5 e-tron. So glad I chose Audi Mineapolis after having a bad experience at the Audi dealer in Fargo ND it was wonderful to work with Tony in sales at Audi Minneapolis! Tony was amazing, showing all the features of the Q5 e-tron including the differences between the seats in a couple different year models, which due to my back issues was very important. He also answered all my questions. After test driving a 2020 model they had on the lot with Tony I loved the way it drove so returning from the test drive he helped me get a 2021 Q5 e-tron that they had coming in. Worked with Chris for the paperwork on the car and he was great as well answering any questions and setting me up with the perfect coverage for my driving needs! I Picked up the car last Thursday and after having it for a week am so glad I went to Audi Minneapolis and switched back to Audi! I really missed the way they drive!!Three months into ownership of my Q5 e-tron and couldn't be happier with all the staff at audi Minneapolis they are amazing! Have had the privilege of working with Kevin in service he has been absolutely great and enjoy chatting about my car with him, he is a very knowledgeable service advisor that answers all my questions!

KEVIN McLean a pleasure to work with in a repair service on my Q8 while visiting friends in Minnesota. Communication throughout, logical solution, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended service department for your Audi needs when in Minneapolis.

I went in for an oil change today. Kevin McLean was my service advisor. He was sooo rude. I asked if he could have the service guy install my license plate frame. He repeatedly told me no one work for free. I never asked for it to be done for free. He could have communicated with me professionally in term of pricing. I was very disappointed with his service. I've bought my car from Audi mpls and always took my car in this location for any services that needed to be work on. Today, I am very unsatisfied with the customer service.

I cannot get a call back from this business. I'm scheduling an appointment for a recall on my Audi and need a loaner vehicle. I also want them to perform a couple other fixes while they have my car. I've called and sent messages through the Audi customer portal. The recall department also sent multiple messages for someone to call me. I'm not sure if they are understaffed and/or have poor customer service. I've generally found with past service that it is a chore to communicate with staff if you have questions about your car that is in service.

Do not ever use these guys for service work unless you don't care much about your car...they certainly don't.Brian the asst. sac. mgr. is an expert in excuses but not very good at customer service.

This is my first time getting my Audi serviced since moving to the twin cities.Upon arriving, everything went smoothly and was greeted warmly by the staff. My service advisor was nice and took his time collecting information, never appearing harried or too busy to be bothered.Then, my advisor escorted me to an area where I could wait, do some work, drink a coffee, whatever. The dealership is immaculately clean and spacious, so even with distancing, there were still plenty of places to sit.My car was ready on time and everything was explained to me via a video clip sent to my phone. Shortly after that, my advisor got me from the waiting area and patiently walked me through the work done and recommended future services.It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.
