This dealer are not Good,Bought Sienna 2022 oct 28th and paid 2000$ and paid bal and title fees $1200,withing 1month,Brian was sales manager,this dealer refuse to pay for licensing office till now,can’t get my title,very,I just park the car at my garage way,but expecting me bringing it back to you,maybe you can eat it,wicked heartless people,not picking calls,paid for car and still add your name as lien on it,not saying have paid all,God will Reverge and disgrace you soon.sold for me $3000 and added title money 200$ and I paid $2000 same day and bal remains withing a month,but refuse to give me title,license office said his owning on the car,Everytime I called,no respond or return calls,visited the office more than 50times,no one there,the time I met a guy,showed him,everything and said boss will send title,till today,how can you be so wicked at heart these way,haaaa never in my life across such

This place ain’t nothing but a fraud and scamming people out their money. They threatened me they would repo my truck if I didn’t keep insurance like who throw that up at customers as a threat??? I was just in need of a vehicle I’m a single mother with children and they stole my last money and the worst mistake I ever made was going here.
So I go buys a car on 3/20/2025 so I goes there to buy a 2015 jeep patriot and the truck had a sound on it and before leaving they confirmed it was a ball joint so I didn’t want to leave with the truck until it was fixed but they talked me into leaving with it sayin come back later that day to have it fixed. So I agree to take the truck because they stated they will have it fixed they was going to call that day. So I called the guy 3 times and also texted him because he wasnt answering after I left to confirm when will it get fixed this hours later or was it even going to get fixed that day and he was going to call me no communication.
So not even 4 hours of having the vehicle a light came on the dash on top of the noise so I texted him right away and parked the trucked that whole day I bought it crazy right.. and said I wanted to bring the truck but to just get my money back and he agreed and said ok. Never once said we’ll you know if you bring it back we take your whole down payment not one time in text instead he should of been saying keep the car it will get fixed the next day because you lose your down payment… never said that so next day I’m thinking I’m going to go get my money and bring them they truck As agreed to in text messages.
They closed the truck didn’t get fixed so the next morning I brings it in and Daniel the manger literally takes the keys and look at me and say is there anything else like very disrespectful.So I’m like your not going to take my money after less then 12 hours of buying this vehicle. He was so rude about how I’m not getting no money back at all never tried saying well put you in another car or another was just straight trying to finess and steal my money $2000 down the drain for driving it for 4 hours really?? no they wrong.. So to sum up everything I had to call police in order for him to give me $1000 of my money back and he took the other $1000 talking about a restocking fee so not do business with this car lot ever.
Then trespass me for no reason and this comments down there are a lie that’s why we going to court he getting sued for the rest of my money and I also have the officer to testify on my behalf see you in court scammer

Bought a car from Alex and his dad months ago off of Facebook it was raining and when he showed up the car wasn’t as advertised but I still drove it and ended up buying it and on the drive home every light came up on the dash and since it’s been nothing but problems

Unprofessional I am financing a car here I was told if I miss out on my car insurance payment that it’ll be repossessed even if I make on time car payments. My car payment is 600$ a month also he lied about the starting mileage of the car and taxing me double of what the car is worth, and on top of that the car that he gave me is broken down 40 days after putting money down. Here’s the crazy part, he gave me a 15 day warranty when it actually supposed to be 60 days or more. The car I was given broke down in the middle of the expressway going out of town going 70 when a semi truck was approaching a dear death accident. It continues to shut off. Another issue this guy gave me temporary plates and it’s been over 21 days I have expired temporary plates after 40 days of having the car. So unprofessional they’re liars too.
