My friends and I ordered two large orders of wings and a medium pizza. When we opened the pizza box, we were surprised to find a Frankenstein pizza. By this, I mean the pieces did not all match up. When I order a pizza, I am paying for a whole, fresh baked pizza. This pizza was a bunch of leftover pieces put together. It was so obvious that this pizza was not made to our order, but compiled of what I can only hope was from the buffet. I pray these employees had enough decency to avoid putting actual leftovers from customers into this mismatched pizza. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to contact them to voice my concern and request a refund, but I was completely unsuccessful. Twice I was transferred to a corporate worker who tried to transfer me to the store that our order came from, but neither attempt worked. I have yet to receive compensation for this disturbing experience. I took a picture of our pizza, but I do not see any way to attach it to this review. Just note, it is embarrassingly obvious that this pizza was composed of leftovers.

July 31st at 7:30pm. 5 employees violating city and state laws by not wearing a mask. Atrocious.

Very disappointing. I haven't had Pizza Hut in years, and the moment I dealt with them, I remembered why. The first order was because my kid saw a commercial for Stuffed Crust pizza, and I wanted her to try the original, as she has only had Chuck E Cheese's version. During these times we have a table in our lobby for food and such. I not only noted this in delivery instructions, but when the driver called, I told him EXACTLY what to do. I go down there, nowhere.... someone as

Terrible service. I never received my order, and when I tried calling, their phone number is disconnected!! I finally got through somehow and their customer service was terrible. Never ordering from here again.

I have had no problems with this place. Pizza is great! Whoever puts negative reviews on these guys cut them some slack. Everyone should have a service job at least once in their life to realize what these workers go through. A+ on everything. Thank You Dinkytown Pizza Hut!

Very good service and delivery. I got half Pep-Sausg, Pineapple-Mushrooms. Extra cheese and stuffed with cheese. It was delicious and hot, but right on time for the hot weather and dinner hour. I enjoy ordering from this location.

Never delivered. Their phone number is disconnected. Pizza hut customer service provides no help only refers back to store who’s phone is disconnected. Absolutely pathetic.

Ordered a pizza a day ago and still haven’t received it. Called customer service, told me I had to wait 1-3 business days to speak with the district manager. I just want a refund...not to mention their phone number doesn’t work.

Supposed to be no contact delivery and leave at the door. What happened was no call, just left at front desk. I have tried ordering from here 3 times, laziest drivers and my tip was good. Tried calling the store, number disconnected. Do not order from here.

During the #justiceForGeorgeFloyd protests, every other buisness was boarded up. The building across the street caught fire due to an electrical issue. Pizza hut lent us their fire extinguisher and we were able to put out the fire before any big damage was done. Thank you. Stan Pizza Hut

Why is Pizza Hut delivery procedures not in line with COVID-19 safety precautions? I requested a delivery and the delivery person insisted on me signing a piece of paper which meant I had to get within 6 feet of him and take take a pen he had been holding. Why do I have to sign for a $20 pizza when I can go to Walmart and get $120 with the groceries and not sign anything. This makes no sense. I don't know whether it's this one location or all Pizza Hut is disregarding the warnings from the CDC.When I refuse to sign the paper open my door to this person he left with my pizza. Now I have to call my credit card company and back the charges out and spend time on the phone with my credit card company explaining why didn't want to come in close contact with the delivery person. I think everyone should boycott Pizza Hut and any other delivery place that requires you to sign. I didn't have to sign when I ordered from Door Dash. You know the definition of intelligence is speed to learn things. The executives at Pizza Hut corporate headquarters are not very intelligent.

I was at this Pizza Hut (using THEIR specified parking) and the manager had my car towed. My order wasn't even correct and then I had to pay over $100 for them to take my car off the tow. Completely empty lot besides my car, do they have some sort of deal with the tow company???? BEYOND idiotic.
