I came here for a couple’s massage with my fiancé and we ended up doing the Kiss Me All Over treatment which included an exfoliation massage followed by a deep tissue massage. It was just what we needed to relax leading up to our wedding the following week. The staff were welcoming and skilled in their technique. We were offered a tea at the start of our treatment while they discussed what it entailed and asked questions about any areas we wanted the massage to focus on. The environment was perfectly soothing. We both left feeling rejuvenated.

Horrible service. The lady that provided the service was in a hurry, told me to relax but couldn't since it seemed that she was in some sort of hurry.Then, in the session, she started doing some weird breathing, I was confused, definitely not what I was looking for.

A brilliant massage today with Claire in a wonderfully peaceful studio space. I enjoyed the warm towels, hot tea, care & attention to my concerns. I booked a same day appointment due to waking up with pain in my shoulder, and I’m so glad I did!!

I have had many massages in the past and I can easily say this is one of the most relaxing massages I've had in my life. I have never fallen asleep but this was a first. Steph did a phenomenal job with hitting the right tension points and I feel SO refreshed.

Saw Steph for my sciatica. They have 14+ years experience and it absolutely shows. They do a mix of shiatsu and Swedish massage, and the blend between East and West techniques is something truly special. I’ve had a lot of massages around the twin cities - now I won’t go anywhere else but to Steph at Sabai.

I travel a lot for work and decided to pop in here for an appointment to ease some problematic tension areas. Maple was able to identify them and address them and provide me with the relief and rejuvenation I needed. She was mindful and communicative through the whole process. It was one of the better massage experiences I have had in a while and I will definitely be returning should I find myself traveling through the Twin Cities again.

This was my first massage and it was a couples' massage with my wife. Overall it was an excellent experience and I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. My husband and I came in for the couples “pregnancy massage” and it was great! I was a little nervous coming in 32 weeks pregnant not knowing 100% what to expect. But once inside the massage therapist(s) made my husband and I feel so comfortable! They made sure I was positioned comfortably and took the time to talk us through what areas could be focused on, etc. I’m sure the typical massages there are great too but if you are pregnant and wanting to pamper yourself a bit I would highly recommend coming here to get a massage!

I had a massage today by Steph and it was magical. She worked on some sciatic pain issues that I’ve had for almost 20 years and she was the first person to actually be able to relieve the pain. The atmosphere was very peaceful and it felt very relaxing.
