Felt as though I was walking into a cult as a non-member for the first time. Seemed WAY out of place. A fish would have felt more welcome out of water. BUT, they have stuff, so I guess that's worth a pair of stars... take it for what it's worth.

AMAZING vape selection, possibly the largest I’ve ever come across! And that is saying something! Pretty good bong selection and other stuff too. One of the coolest things about this place is that they have a bitcoin atm machine! That’s a first for me…never seen one before. I played around with it and I know you need an ID and phone number, I didn’t complete the transaction, but def will be back for more vapes and checking other things out too!

Was having a stressful time with the construction right outside so I was in a bit of a bad mood but the minute I walked in I was greeted by sage who was super kind and then Hanza was there to assist me and genuinely switched my whole mood up. They were super kind and helpful and if I could give them a higher rating I would. 10/10 they’re amazing ??

I have been going to this store for years and had the most insane experience there tonight. I am a small business owner myself and cannot believe this just happened to me. I'm a super great customer who spends at least $5,000 a year there and now I will never go back.
Tonight, I bought a new vape and (as usual, per their instruction) tried it before I left. It didn't hit right. The dude who told me to try it said he doesn't vape and asked the other dude if he vapes and the other dude said no. Then they both tried the vape and said it worked just fine. It totally didn't. There was seriously NO flavor. I'm like "I'm telling you, there's something wrong with it," the guy is like "there's no problem; it's fine." Then I'm like "why did you ask me to try it if you're not going to believe me that there's nothing wrong with it?" And he's like "it's fine, there's no problem." So then I told them that I've been a great customer for years, that I buy tons of merch there, I also buy cigarettes, ashtrays, tee shirts, hoodies, etc. there and couldn't understand why they were acting this way towards me. What happened next was actually so crazy.
HE KICKED ME OUT! HE SAYS "if you're going to talk to me that way, you need to leave. Please go." I'm like "are you for real right now?!" And he's like "please go."
Here's the thing. Since I started my own business, I've been pretty low on money. One of my actual joys in life these past few months has been buying new merch there. I literally cannot believe that they treated me that way after so many years as a loyal customer. The manufacturer will replace the broken vape for free so there was literally no reason for them to act that way towards me.

Service is always great here. Plenty of people working and same people working consistently over time so that helps me feel comfortable going here. They always help me as soon as they can and make sure I am all set before moving on. Other reviews are weird, it is a smoke shop, you can't return stuff. This is normal. Everything is standard price for in city vapes. Go elsewhere if you don't want to pay the city taxes. 1 star removed for parking issues and lack of options sometimes they sell out fast of what I like.

I always come here to purchase the same vape (Miami mint elf bar) today I went in to purchase a vape and the man working the store told me to try the vape before I left, I did as I usually do and it tasted burnt.. I asked if I could exchange it (I would be given back the defective one and not left with both) he took the vape I had just purchased from my hand and put it to his own mouth to hit it and disagreed saying it’s not burnt or defective which was fine.. only issue now is that he had put the vape I had just purchased onto his mouth so I asked if I could just exchange because I didn’t want to walk out with a vape he had used. He also denied that. I’m a little weirded out because the thing was definitely burnt I also don’t want to use a device a stranger has used so I feel like I’ve wasted my time and money. There’s other vape shops in uptown with better customer service.
