Today's crew, working off of Garfield Ave in Mpls, were very unprofessional. They exhibited poor conduct by showing disregard for others, refusal to cooperate, and had an overall rude demeanor. They impeded traffic flow and were unwilling to accommodate. Definitely a poor example for the company.

General Experts were EXPERT at handling my move. I had a complicated job involving a tightly-packed POD, an apartment building with no parking, and a 2nd floor storage space without large truck access. The job also required rescheduling due to the refusal of the occupying tenant to vacate the apartment I was trying to move into. They were able to reschedule at the perfect time. Strongly recommended.

I highly recommend this company. They have helped us with two moves. First, moving my parents from their house of 53 years to a senior living apartment. Second, a move from that apartment to assisted living. In both cases, they packed as well as moved.There is good communication all around within their team and between members and clients. They are very careful with packing and delivering your possession safely.They lower the stress and anxiety for what can be a disruptive change.

This is by far the best moving company I have ever used! From start to finish, they were knowledgable, organized, and professional to work with. On the day of our move, they arrived exactly on-time and did everything they could to make things as easy as possible for us. They handled our furniture/items with care and expertise and there was literally not a scratch on anything, anywhere. The best part- the team was really personable and friendly! I'll definitely only be using General Expert in the future, and I'll be recommending them to others!

This was the second time that I've hired General Expert Moving Service, and they were even better than the first move! The crew was friendly, professional, and incredibly hard workers. I always highly recommend these folks to anyone looking to hire movers. Yes, you can find cheaper services, but you won't find anyone better. When it comes to moving my stuff, I want a team that I can trust, is efficient, and actually cares about what they're doing. General Expert is my go-to moving service.

Punctual, efficient, responsive, and professional. The staircase at my new apartment was a bit narrow and they took extra care to carry the bed up without scraping anything. Everything was over much quicker than I had anticipated so I had a whole afternoon left with all the furniture and boxes placed where they need to be. The price is definitely on the higher side out of different options but I saved aches and sores in the middle of the semester, not to mention time and headache, so it was all worth it. If you're super strong, healthy, and not very prone to stress you'll be fine with a band of friends or cheaper moving help on apps. If like me you are none of these things, you will really appreciate General Expert. I can imagine this service being even more helpful for larger moves across bigger distances. Overall would recommend.
