I came in for an appointment to check why my AC wasn’t cooling properly. It took two hours of waiting but the team came back with an inexpensive fix to my problem. They pointed out more expensive options but agreed that, because the car is 10+ years old and has >100k miles, it might not be the smartest investment. I’m happy to have cool air in the car and more time to think about my next car choice. The mechanic’s video of the issues was very helpful too!

Coralee was my service advisor. She was cheerful, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive regarding my interests and concerns. She answered all my questions and concerns completely. Felt she was honest and didn't try to sell me on any repairs or procedures that weren't necessary. Without asking, she provided me with a service schedule at checkout, of recommended services pertaining to mileage for my 2012 Outback for future reference. This was my first visit to this service department. I will definitely come back here for all my service in the future. Great experience!
