Mike saved our much needed vacation. while traveling, our alternator failed and we happened to break down near his shop. He went above and beyond to help us and make sure we received what we needed to get back on the road. We were so blessed to have had him there to help us. We would recommend Precision to anybody.

Attentive and professional. They did have incorrect information about my vehicle oil requirement. After I challenged the associate, he checked vin and corrected. Close to home and my new " go to" as Valvoline on 42nd have proven time and time again to be unreliable. I appreciate them making and keeping timely appointments. Staff courtesy is high. Proper customer service business could take note from.

Mike and his team always give me a real answer on if something needs to be repaired or can wait, and when something does, they make sure to help me find the best prices for whatever it is I need done. Never tries to upsell me and does a great job at saving me money where ever they can. Great people, great service, would highly recommend!

Mike is the absolute best! I'm usually somewhat skeptical of mechanics, but he was kind, respectful, and honest. He showed and explained to me exactly what and where the misfire was on my car, and although I don't know much about cars, I knew I could trust him with his diagnostic. I'll definitely be returning for all my repairs needed in the future.
