Chelsea was the first to help me here because she and I spoke over the phone. Let me tell you, I've worked in customer service most of my life and most experiences I have has more down than ups but my experience yesterday left me uplifted that there are still good people with good customer service out there. Thanks to both Chelsea and Brian who helped from start to finish and now I can drive again, safe and with confidence.

Door says 8 but no one there. Customers waiting outside and auto zone was closed. Called someone picked up and put me on hold never came back.Update: 9:37 am two employees shows up told us to wait 5 more mins. SMH.

A meeting of chance...My windshield wipers decided to fall apart as I drove past this AutoZone. I swung around, parked and walked into one of the nicest AutoZone stores... ever... There were 2 employees and both were courteous kind and very helpful.Windshield wipers;Looking over the windshield wiper aisle is, for lack of a better word 'intimidating. Coincidentally there was a customer in the same aisle with knowledge that helped traverse the "windshield wiper pitfalls." After a couple trips up to the employees with questions and the suggestions from the fellow customer, a selection was made. A couple YouTube videos later and my new wipers were installed.That story shows that with smiles, good conversation and a true caring for your fellow man gives a person hope for humanity.Thank you to the kind helpful staff and the kind helpful customer.

Told to come back next day at 830 for a piece. Stores closed until 9am on Sundays. Worker has been standing at register staring at me standing by the door for 20 minutes picking his ass. After about 35 minutes of waiting he finally opened the door and helped me. As I got home, i told myself I was being an ass and needed to remove this review but would do it after I swapped the parts. Took off my radiator hose, drained the coolant, and found out he gave wrong piece. I got a ride from someone (had to pay) and tried to exchange the piece for the right one. This is what he said "I know I gave you the right piece and we don't have any more, so what do you want? A refund or something? I don't know what to tell you" So he keeps the 1 star review
