I called Baber Auto Repair for help fixing a tire with a nail in it. I'm a customer of Maplewood Toyota. They didn't have time to fix the problem for a few days. I did not want to wait as that is a dangerous situation to ignore for days. I'm grateful to Barber for taking me right away even though they never heard from me before. I won't forget that.

Wonderful experience! They originally were booking out 3 or 4 days but called me back when there was a same day cancelation. They were prompt with their inspection and I had my car back within 6 hours of dropping it off!

I had a horrible experience at this shop and called to give them a second chance, and they told me they will no longer do business with me because I left them a one star review on Google. They honestly take it very personal and got extremely offended due to my previous review. Highly advise against their business practice and how unprofessional they are. How do you guys expect to improve customer service experiences if you’re going to decline them service because they left you a negative review on your business practices???? You’ll be better off at a different business.

Recently, I found myself in need of an oil change for my car, although it wasn't yet time for a major tune-up. Wanting a thorough inspection without the aggressive sales tactics often found in larger shops, I decided to visit a smaller shop where I could interact directly with the mechanics. Baber Auto turned out to be the perfect choice. The personalized service at Baber Auto, where I could directly communicate with mechanics Mark and BJ, was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly and offered coffee and snacks as they worked on my car. The diagnostic software they used provided a detailed report with descriptions and photos, ensuring transparency throughout the process. In the end, only an oil change, cabin, and fuel filters were needed. I left Baber Auto completely satisfied with the top-notch service and the personal touch they provided. It is evident that Baber Auto values customer satisfaction and takes great pride in their work!
