They don't clearly mark prices on the products, so it makes it impossible to shop around unless you are constantly asking an employee for the price on every single item. I asked about a few of the prices, and boy were they crazy expensive. I'll try somewhere else

It's 2024 and my new year's resolution was to own my luminosity, and what better way then to design my living space with inspiration and luxurious functional furniture..... This is truly a place that I've used as a walking vision board for the past 6 months. They have such incredible art work and arrangements for each house in the room, as I have been homeless for the quite longer than I could have expected, it was really hard to even believe in a different future amidst my current circumstances. I could not have asked for more kindness and compassion that I've received from everyone here, wether I was peeping in the window displays late night, trying to imagine a life that I could really be supported by every item, intentionally selected to motivate me to create art, or when i walked in and sat down and tried everything so i could know what i really liked and why, without limiting myself by scarcity survival mode, these beautiful people didn't even question me, treating me like the version of me that I couldn't yet see, but I knew that this place would have exactly what I needed. It's not the material that makes a difference it's the way this store consistently has provided myself and the community with a way out of no way, hope and quality and pride of ownership, inclusion and a diverse and affordable high end store that is disability friendly, urban entrepreneurship and genuine integrity and I'm just thankful that they continue to keep their doors open and create a sense of home for everyone

This family they are the best I bought my bed mattress everything, I like the way they gonna help the customer smoothly good price I aware to god when my friends ask me where can I get nice bed I always give their address and phone. Great job brother's honestly I believe you the best

I returned to the store last weekend after being really impressed with my mattress shopping experience last year. I came in with a list of items I wanted to check out. The salesperson showed me the items but then showed me comparable models that he had in stock at the moment. He saved me about $1000 that I had planned to spend and got me higher quality pieces that still fit the space I needed. The whole process of shopping and purchasing is so pleasant. The staff is attentive but never pushy, always offering their best price which is often a HUGE steal. Not only that, but the “vibes” in the store are so positive. You can tell the staff has been working together a long time based on their interactions together, camaraderie, and overall jovial tone . They were efficient, helpful, and very willing to help support you in your budget. I don’t know why anyone would choose NOT to shop here. Highly recommend 15/10 stars

Elsa's has excellent customer service and fast delivery available (same day even), and high quality furniture at the lowest prices. I love all the unique accents and rugs that compliment the furniture in their store.

When I went in to buy my furniture I was indecisive The host was so patient with me I changed my mind three or four times however when I left out of there I got exactly what I wanted and I'm so happy with what I have I recommend you go to Elsa's house and sleep perfect place to get your next piece of mind for your home
