I have been coming to this planet fitness for a little over 6 months now. I absolutely love the staff. They have all been so friendly and kind and helpful.However I am very irritated that within the 6 months I’ve been coming here I’ve shown up on a Monday morning at 6am when the gym was supposed to be open at 5am and no staff is here and doors are locked. This morning (March 11th) I sat there and waited for literally 2 hours and finally left because I couldn’t wait any longer and had to go to work. Another missed workout. Super frustrating because I don’t have any other time to workout. This has happens 3 times in the last 6 months!! I can maybe understand this happening once but 3 times?! That’s just NOT ok! I’ve even complained about it in an email but it continues to happen. This is absolutely terrible! This really sucks because I don’t want to join a different gym but I also want to go to a gym that I can rely on.

Taighler was super helpful! Made our experience as beginner gym members so easy and was very welcoming. 10/10 customer service!

Do not come here … this gym is for rookies only…. People are inline for hours to used the chests press….smell like fart…Please let the trainer know they’re talking too loud at the machine every time he with someoneThanks
