I live in SC and own an older Featherlite horse trailer. They were amazing! Shipped two lights and seals. They were EXACTLY what I needed. I called back months later for two more and they again pulled up exactly what I needed and shipped it promptly!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Not impressed.I read all of these glowing reviews about Kayla, and how much help she is.In my case, I have left four messages over four days and can't even get a call back from her.Sundby's- I am trying to buy a horse trailer from you. You will NOT post prices online; rather, you ask a potential customer to "call for price". Except, you never return a call when I have inquired. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!On the fourth call, I asked if there were any other sales associates around. "Yeah, a couple of guys sell here too." Are they available? "Nope, they aren't available either..." When I expressed frustration about this on the phone, the receptionist said, and I quote, "...Yeah, I don't know what is going on. You aren't the only person complaining about this..."Sundby's, are you listening? Anybody? Anybody at all?I will promptly delete this review if I ever get a call back from them...

Trailer purchase was started on the phone, sent in pics of our trade, received a fair price, and picked it up a few days later. Kayla is low pressure and knowledgeable, we would recommend them if you are looking for a trailer.

5-Star Service!! We have been looking for trailers for the past several years, especially every year at the MN State Fair, where we met Kayla. She has always been genuine and helpful, from when we first started looking for a 2 horse trailer then a stock/combo trailer and now finally after several years, we purchased a new 2022 Exiss 3-Horse Trailer. Their entire team is very knowledgeable and listen to your needs and makes you and your family feel right at home. They explained and showed us the difference between the different trailers we were looking at, to make sure we were well informed and answered all of our questions. If you are looking for great trailers and to work with people that are passionate and care about you and your families needs in trailers, you will not find a better place. We will be back when we upgrade our trailers!
