Wayzata Lake Apartments is the best apartment community around the lake area! Amazing staff, amazing buildings, amazing management and specifically Julie! She is very helpful, understanding and excited to make sure your living situation is exactly what you want. Couldn’t recommend enough. 6/5 stars if I could! Ps: the decor is so cute!

Great location. Management and maintenance are top notch and quick to respond and clear up anything that is needed. Just a quick walk to downtown Wayzata and Minnetonka Lake.

Good location,near the downtown of Wayzata and affordable prices. Staff workers and managers are very nice and do everything for their renters comfort. I've been living here for 2 years and so far love everything.

The apartment is walkable to Lake Minnetonka beautiful area with shops and restaurants. The price is a steal for this location. I highly recommend living at Wayzata Lake Apartments!!!

My daughter just moved into this apartment and working with the Wayzata Lake team has made the transition so easy. Julie is fabulous to work with and every step of the way they have been great. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained. I'm excited she moved there.

Consider yourself lucky if you can get in. Currently, 2 bedrooms - $1,225 and a 2-3 minute walk to Wayzata Bay and Wayzata's exemplary restaurants and shops. It's an older building, but Jay is prompt and fixes everything and more than you ask him to.

We moved here in October of 2019 from California. We moved onto the third floor and have since relocated to the bottom floor. (We have two small children so this was the best move for us). The manager Dani has went above and beyond in making sure we are comfortable and all our needs are taken care of. Any problem that comes up has been handled promptly and with a smile. And we love Nate! He’s always so professional and courteous and you can really tell he cares about his job and making people happy. Overall we have been very happy here and that’s highly due to the staff!
