Best bank I have ever been with. I was with two large banks previous and never got the level of service I get from Merchants. I have been with Merchants for almost 20 years now.

You will not find a better bank to work with! We have been with Merchants Bank for well over 25 years and they have never let us down. The staff and customer service is top notch. They KNOW who we are and CARE about our situations. We have never felt like just another number, instead we feel like old friends and family here. Special shoutout to Andrea Lisowski for all her hard work on our behalf, time and time again we are forever grateful. Thank you, Merchants, for a lifetime of happy banking!

I had a terrible time dealing with customer service over the phone at Merchants and ended up going to the local branch and everyone there was very helpful.

I was very pleased with my visit to Merchants bank this morning, opening an account there. Amy Engrav assisted me, and she made sure that I had all of the information I needed to open my account! She was SUPER friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Merchants/Amy to anyone!

Obtaining a first-time homebuyer’s loan through Merchants Bank in Winona was expedient, transparent, and understandable thanks in large part to mortgage lender Chris Thrune and the rest of the team. Communications were prompt and thorough, and I had all of my questions answered to my satisfaction. I received excellent service. In the future, I will be turning to Merchants Bank first for my banking and financing needs.

Marcus at Merchants bank goes above and beyond to insure my Merchants account is performing 100%! He personally drove 50 miles out of his way to get my terminal downloaded and delivered to my business.Service like this is greatly appreciated and not uncommon at Merchants. Thank you Marcus!

I've been a Visa cardholder for several years. Throughout those years, it's been hit-and-miss with mailing the payment to the Illinois Visa office. With my anxiety disorder, I found this to be very stressul. "Did the payment get lost in the mail?" "Will it be late?"I found Merchant's online Visa app and registered for automatic payment. The first month the payment was made, it was processed on my chosen date for the monthly payment I had chosen. What a sigh of relief!I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is still placing a stamp on an envelope and mailing the payment.

We recently switched all of our accounts to Merchants after working with Dawn Stenberg on the refinance of our house. She was attentive, thorough, and always had our best interests in mind. Worst small bank in America! What a joke! Absolute joke!!!! They are so uneducated and so undeveloped in technology. They Have no marketshare, literally trying to increases branches as a last effort before having too sell out.
