The gentleman that helped me was named Bennett he was kind considerate he helped me with I gave him a set of parameters and he helped me find a pair of tennis shoes that would help me during work I can see why people place this on a low star but I'll tell you what the tennis shoes are worth the price because if your back is hurting so much that you can't make it through your shift$140 is not anything

Service was minimal. I felt there was no interest in a sale. The product line was exactly minimal and the styles were not to my needs, let alone the very limited sizes. If there was a style I had an interest in. Overall not a good experience.

Rogans has a great selection of athletic shoes and a smaller selection of fashion shoes. Their winter boots and work boot selection is good but not quite as nice as other outdoor specialty stores. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I'd you don't see a size or style you need sometimes they can order it for you.

The shoes can be expensive but they have awesome deals that cover up the expensiveness. That's probably not word but it works for me.

Cashier was Max at the Winona MN store. Awesome person working there. He was willing to actually help and did not treat me like a chore. I just wanted to say thank you. You put the extra time in and I walked out with the shoes I wanted. Much appreciated

Great selection! Two foot surgeries and waited one year before I could fit my feet into shoes again. But I frequently stopped during recovery to stay up-to-date on styles while looking around!
