This is one of those local hair stylists that knows exactly what she is doing, every time. I always go in to Deb's with a new idea for her. Her process is perfect because she leaves things a little longer, then takes the time to cut it shorter if desired. I'm one of the very few "non-traditional" guys in Zumbro Falls and she knows how to blend a classic "small town" cut with modern flair every time.
