The bank procedures & customer service are trash. Went in to do a wire transfer to a new account opened at a different bank & it took days to complete & the lady who supposedly had worked there for 30 years, didn’t know how to process the wire transfer. So you mean to tell me you’ve worked there for years & never had to do a wire transfer?! Went to NFCU & have received the best customer service.

I’d avoid this branch at all costs. Rude, confrontational and un-trained tellers with even worse supervision. I’ve had better experiences at every branch in metro area. Lack of customer service will make you want to change banks, almost like they don’t want your money.

They are ok. Customer service was fair but not fabulous. They were never rude but do not necessarily make you feel welcomed. The main reason for 3 stars is they have weird policies. They won’t let you do a mobile deposit over 1k for the first 3 months. It took them over 2 weeks to send our check books in. Anytime we try to get in touch it’s never the first time. Frost handled everything when transferring money in between banks but dealing with Renasant was a struggle within itself. Maybe I’m use to my old bank (which we actually decided to keep after realizing Renasant’s service) but it is only in Texas. Yet, frost still handles all of our problems immediately. So if I’m comparing them to frost bank, it’s a 2 star. But in general, this is just an average bank. Nothing special, nothing horrible.

I come here 5 days a week for the past 6months STRAIGHT for my job getting coin change or whatever the case maybe . I've never had a problem getting coin change or anything through the drive through , but all of a sudden today they can't . That's crazy I've already been waiting for 1 hour now I have to wait another 30min . Who ever is the Caucasian male that work January 12th early morning BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . I love this bank now he makes me HATE it . !!

Avoid this branch teller Mrs Carol Kent extremely unprofessional, no customer skill and lack of bank customer service.Also racist tendencies. Should not in public sector.

Never had a problem with them. Great team and one thing for sure they will always greet u with a smile.. Because to me a great attitude goes a long way!!!!!!!!

Exceptionally kind and personable team at work here. Smaller but able to meet all of my needs in modern fashion as far as online and mobile banking are concerned. Feels like a family. Bonus: fresh popcorn!! 😊
