The worst customer service I've ever received from a tire shop. I was there at 8 am on a Saturday and brought in a new caliper to be replaced and the brakes needed to be bled. I was there when they opened and they said they would get to mine.... Well when it became closing time at 12 after I had been sitting there for 4 hours the owner himself said they wasn't gonna be able to do the work after I had sat there with them the whole morning. 8-12. I was beyond pissed. When you have a customer that has bought tires that cost over 1k from you and you have promised them you would do the work no matter if it's closing time or not .. you honor your word and do the work. No matter if you have to pay overtime or not. I've never been treated so poorly at a place of business in my life.

Women beware! The experience of "taking advantage of a woman" happened to me. They charged me more than double for my parts and tried me to get things done that I didn't bring my vehicle in for (ex: oil change). Would they want someone to do that to their mother? Treat people like you want to be treated! The point is meeting a quota no matter who you have to take advantage of!Services: Auto brake repair

Friendly staff, kept me updated on my vehicle, and explained what and why needed to be done. Clean waiting room with a snack machine. The service time was within the expected time for what they did. They didn't rip me off on parts cost either, which was nice! If i had to complain about something, it would be the parking, but I'm sure every business wishes that their parking lot was full all of the time!
