We have banked with Renasant for 12 years and after 3 separate (major) issues, we will be moving to another bank. They are not helpful, the afterhours line is a joke, and if you have a problem, good luck in getting it resolved quickly. I should have switched after the first problem with them but I incorrectly assumed they would help since we have been loyal. They don't care about the customer and I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone.

I went to this branch and had the same issue with Shemeeka. Not customer service oriented. Sign this. Do not worry about it. I am not ready for that information. do you have this downloaded yet. I know it was around lunch time, but do not take so long or ask someone to come back. I would have been happy to if that was the issue.

I've banked here for years and it's been one thing after another. At one point I made a deposit at a different branch and learned the manager had taken my money and driven it over to the branch I normally use. Is that even legal? Recently I lost my debit card and had to order a new one, which they said would take 7 to 10 days.It took 13. When they asked for my account #, I read it off the laminated card they gave me and was told it was the wrong #. I went in today to close my account and one of the tellers was barefoot. This branch just can't get their **** together.

Just as the other review stated, went to bed and woke up to being negative. Called the bank and spoke to someone who was absolutely no help at all, just said “yes i see that” ???? Okay and ?? How? What happened? No answers. Went up there and the manager wasn’t there and it was taking way too long to get to speak to somebody, had to go back to work. Absolutely ridiculous

Currently banking with them and probably the worst decision I've ever made. Almost 3 years with them and recently it's just been nothing but issues. I call regarding my account because I didn't understand how you go from having money in your account to waking up and it being negative 145 still no explanation. Then you call and get some rude kid on the phone . In the process of looking for a new bank . I had referred family and friends who are now trying to switch as well .

I enjoy the service I get at this location when I visit Horn Lake. The tellers are awesome. They are informed and always smiling. The bank officers are helpful. The helped me with getting a credit card, opening up additional accounts and informed me on future offers that maybe coming down the line with the bank. So, if you are a positive, good and clear thinking person, I think you will love doing your business with them. Love and Light ! Namaste :-)
