Julie wasn’t warm and pleasant as most of the baristas I’ve encountered. I’m at STARBUCKS DAILY! But on today, I had a mobile order. Received my drink at the window. Noticed my lid had a fingerprint on it by the mouth part. I requested for a new lid without the fingerprints. She did assist with that but refused to take the lid that was just passed through the window from the previous baristas stating that she couldn’t get trash.. Julie, this is a lid on a CUP THAT WAS JUST PASSED TO ME AND YOU ACTED AS IF YOU WERE DISGUSTED AT MY REQUEST! Leaving me to pull around and bring it to the trash on the inside myself. Now, don’t get me wrong, had it been a cup/lid that wasn’t from this “JUST NOW” order, I certainly would have understood. I’m pissed at the service received tonight from Julie.

I have frequented this Starbucks since I moved here to the Madison Area. The people are always so nice, the coffee is always spot on, and the store is always neat, tidy and clean.I usually order ahead and pick up - my order is ready when I get there 99% of the time.I used to have to go the opposite direction of work, but now, IT’S ON THE WAY! ???

Drinks were poorly put together I should’ve followed my first mind and went to another location. But went ahead to this location and regretted they’ve always had really negative attitudes I know Starbucks can get overwhelming with all the orders but be kind to the people that are kind to you . We didn’t feel welcome at all …. won’t go back to the madison location again .

THEY WILL ADD TIP CHARGES TO YOUR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION. I would have gladly tipped them more than they have been stealing from me, but they don't even give me the option. They just add a tip and run my card and then don't give me a receipt. I come every single day and I know which girls are stealing, you've been reported by name and with time stamps to corporate so good luck finding work when you're terminated for stealing from customers.

Clean, prompt, friendly service. Only negative, bathroom was FREEZING, LOL. Got a Mississippi mug to add to my collection.

Never had a problem. But I also only do mobile orders because I hate when I go to Starbucks and I get asked to tip someone for doing their job. If they want more money they should take it up with their boss. Not the customers.

So today ordered an apple Crisp oak milk Frappuccino with a shot of espresso and I did not get that at all. I was very disappointed because I really like the Starbucks and they did not give me what I ask for I had to go to target Starbucks to get what I really want. So I guess i will not be attending to this Starbucks

Horrible, ordered two drinks, in basic terms, a large one and a small one, got both of them wrong and the flavor was bad, got charged for a large and a small and got two smalls. And also got asked to leave because they wanted to close at 6...

This location should be shut down! I moved to the area in the summer of 2022 and my children and I realized very early on that you get better service inside than via the drive thru. With knowing this on Tuesday March 14 my mother n law as well as my children entered and no one spoke as usual. We stood at the register awaiting someone to come up and take our order as well as discuss what we all wanted. After minutes of doing so still no one approached. We stood there and stood there. I told my family that we were leaving and asked the lady standing there washing the containers for the manager. She splashed water on me and laughed and said oh sorry….let me get you a card. There was no oh let me go ahead and take your order or oh I’m sorry let me go ahead and take your order. She actually got an attitude and said that the cards for the district manager was being ordered. She goes in the back and call her and stayed for minutes. At the point I ask the guy working the warmers to tell her that I needed to leave. She comes out on the phone apparently talking to the manager. She said that the manager was on lunch but she was the shift manager. Asked me my name but would never give me the managers name. She ( Julia) laughed on the phone with the district manager with no apology of the sorts. She should not be in the service industry or anywhere working with people. The location is bottom of the barrel and shames the Starbucks brand name. I went down the street to the Renaissance location and the whole vibe was different. It was warm and inviting. Someone spoke as we entered and smiled and talked with not just us but everyone in the store. I guess that going inside was not better than the drive through after all!
