Our room had dirty bathrooms. Pubic hair in the shower and tub. The shower door did not stay shut. The ac couldn’t cool the room with the outside temp at 55 degrees. There were no extra linens in the room for our baby. We called for room service and there is none. The bed is uncomfortable to say the least. This is a rude staffed, broken elevator, poor furniture in the room , no room service hotel. Might as well stay at the Motel 6. I mean no service for the money. You can at least walk to the Taco Bell from the Comfort inn. All and all just not worth the money. Oh and the elevators are scary. Really not work the money.Rooms: The room layout is nice. Rooms are dated and not clean. We were only there for a night but would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and updated. The staff was courtesy and helpful. A few dislikes: the room had very poor lighting and virtually no water pressure in the shower. Also, there was no restaurant nor a bar. Additionally, the continental breakfast buffet was $15 per person. Only the coffee was free with your stay. This is just not something I expected from a Hilton property hotel.

I am disappointed that this was a Hilton hotel. I stayed at Hilton Garden Meridian MS solely because it was Hilton. Hilton definitely gets a bad name for this one. Yes it's conveniently located right off I20. Yes the staff was friendly. However, the room wasn't ready when I arrived no big deal I waited another 30 mins and was given another room, the toilet handle was broken no big deal I rigged it to where I could get it to work (btw it was room 621) and the elevator was broken no big deal I just walked up 6 flight of stairs bags in tow to my room. Not sure when they got the elevator working but when I used it the last day the floor all the way up the front desk and elevator were nasty smeared with a suspicious looking matter (#2) and no one thought to have the floors cleaned. All said I will be using another hotel brand going forward. Hilton just isn't what they use to be.

Checked in first noticed the water damaged curtains. Then took a shower. The main drain was clogged and it filled the room with water. This went into the main room. The host was quick to react and switched rooms. There was already a call for clogged toliets. The area is loud from the nearby highway. Sound proofing was bare minimum. No continental breakfast. Price was high considering all the issues. Not the worst hotel I been to, but not what I would expect from Hilton.

I want to give a huge thank you to Mrs Wendy at the front desk. My mom was traveling from Texas to help take care of my daughter and started to not feel well.Wendy was wonderful. She helped me set up a reservation, allowing my mom to check in a bit early which allowed her to get some rest. As well as set up the appropriate accommodations. Thank you Mrs. Wendy ? Kudos to you for being so compassionate, your kindness and phenomenal customer service! We appreciate you!!!!

Nice rooms, clean ,and the staff was very nice, heated pool. I loved the Kerig coffee pot in the room. Slept like a baby because the beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Stores and restaurants close, and even bar service in lobby.

Sayed here 2/10/24 and the front desk clerk was very nice and personable when checking in and the room was really nice and everything so clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at the breakfast were very nice and helpful. All in all I would definitely stay here again!

Being by the Fire Alarm during some solid sleep was not my idea of fun. No explanation, no elevator usage after either. No one ever gave the all clear or described where to go. Not my idea of a wake up call.Front desk personnel must hate their job. They always look like they are having their worst day. No greeting. No smiles. Just get the people to their room and be done.

I am sad to write this review. I usually have GREAT experiences in Hilton hotels. I travel for work so I am a Diamond Member. I was treated like a stranger off the street. Upon check in three ladies were sitting down, as I waited for one to check me in (after 13 hours of driving) I asked which kiosk to wait at. Without speaking one just pointed to to second one. No hello welcome, good evening or even a hey! As I was checked in I was given my room number, no thank you or anything of the sort. I had to ask for my welcome gift (only water) Again she just pointed to a line of water bottles behind the register. I'll stay at the Hampton next door from now on!! If I could give zero stars I would. sad sad sad....

Top tier from top to bottom from GM(Mr.Jordan), Ms. Sherita and others in housekeeping, the bar, the restaurant has the best fried fish and Ms. Nicki at the front desk. We were on the road traveling for business and had some mechanical issues and at the last minute and a busy weekend they made room for us. This hotel is pet friendly, perfect location, clean and beautiful.Rooms: Nice, clean, comfortable and spacious.Walkability: Restaurants are across the street and easy to get to.Food & drinks: Fried Catfish is the best.

Front desk attendant was extremely rude. I accidentally tried to check in at the Hampton Inn next door first, and their front desk attendants were very nice and friendly even though I was at the wrong place. After I was made to feel very unwelcome at this hotel I wished I had reserved the Hampton Inn instead. After a long days drive from North Carolina, the last thing I needed was to deal with a surly attitude for no apparent reason.Rooms: very nice
