Best selection of liquor in Oxford easily if not the state. The owner has great ties with distilleries and vineyards. My boyfriend absolutely trusts his barrel picks for whiskey. They’ve also started to get more into tequila and rum selection. Wine selection is also huge!

One of the best selections in Oxford! They also let you sample various whiskey/bourbon before you buy. After one trip High Cotton became my go-to liquor store.

The staff is very knowledgeable. If I ever have a question they almost never even have to ask another staff member. And they carry Pol Roger champagne, That was Churchill's favorite and I pick one up anytime I have a special occasion.

Visited here recently. They were out of most the products i was looking for. I had a blonde girl help me who obviously had no idea what she was talking about. Seemed stuck up and rude. Won’t be returning.
