After hours. One of the ATMs at the drive thru wasn’t working. No sign or cone. The other two outside ATMs wouldn’t let me make a deposit. Very frustrating.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Went through the drive thru to cash a check and they told me that they would have to charge me a fee if I wanted to cash it (which is fine since it’s not my original bank) but then told me to come inside… I decided to just take back my check and go elsewhere.Look at my account later and see they charged me a $7 fee and I didn’t even get my check cashed!Terrible service, bad commutation, and just overall would never be back!

This bank is a disgrace to the banking industry. Management is in dire need of professional training. For whatever reason there was one teller at the drive-thru and a manager was working a teller window. The manager at the teller window didn't have the knowledge to handle my transaction and caused a major problem with my account. There was another manager on site but left even though there were customers in line and not to mention he ignored the request from the manager teller who had jacked up my account. I wasted a total of forty-five minutes and the only thing I left with was a disappointment. Shut it down or get someone who knows something about customer service.

Regions are the worst banks in history. Save your money somewhere else

My mother went to this location and used the ATM to deposit her rent money. The machine took $400 and failed to deposit it into her account. She spoke with the assistant manager Tony, who stated it would be disputed, but it would take sometime before she receive her deposit. Her rent is due today and she will receive a $100 late fee! I expect for the branch manager to reimburse her for the $100 late fee. They should have closed the ATM and counted the funds and refunded her the $400 instead of wasting time filing a dispute. She has an appointment on Monday to settle the issue, but by then her rent will be late.

This is my second time having a problem with depositing muy money at this bank. The first time happened a few years ago when I went to deposit 2 checks into my account. It was a normal transaction until I looked on my account the next day and saw that they only deposited one of the 2 checks. When I called they said they had no recollection of 2 check but on my deposit slip I had listed both checks separately. The teller would have had to review it before putting it in. It just didn't make sense. Then they tried to tell me that my grandmother, the person who wrote the check that they lost, had to write a while new check, which my grandmother refused because if someone would have found the other check and cashed it it would take it out of her account twice. After a week the funds were issued to my account but that check that went "missing" was eventually cashed because it was taken from my grandmother's account. My second problem I had with them happened this past Saturday when I went to deposit cash in the ATM. I went to this one because it was the closest to me at the time. Went to deposit $100 and the transaction failed. It spit out the money but when my boyfriend reached down to get it the machine pulled the money back in and it wasn't in my account. I love Regions as a bank but this branch makes this company look bad.

For some, spare change doesn't matter. However, I depend on it to make ends meet some months. The other day I went to the County Line Rd. location in Ridgeland, Mississippi to drop off a paycheck and some change I'd accrued. The banker told me they only accepted filled rolls of change. Again, for some this wouldn't matter, but if I have legal tender that I'm trying to deposit in my account, I do expect my bank to take it. Will be switching to another bank when I am able.

Tellers need better training at this branch. Almost every time I have come to this branch I've had tellers who say that I cant do something I know I can- I know I can not just because I've done it many times, but I also used to work as a teller for regions. Today I ended up going to another regions and the man at the drive through was kind, helpful, and I was out of there in 2 minutes. All I needed was to deposit a pay check as cash, which I did not have the funds to cover, but needed the cash now to pay bills. They need a management override in order to do so, but the girl at the county line regions insisted I would have to go through the third party system-which I would have to pay a fee to do so, and that I would have to go to the same branch every time I needed to do this. I went through the drive through at the other branch-never saw that man before, yet he was able to process everything very quickly.

Slowest bank ever! Hardly ever more than 1 cashier working the counter! No commercial rep so all commercial accounts take up time at the counter! Sometimes 20 - 30 minutes!!!
