Employees were not very friendly and seemed to be overworked. I went through the drive-thru and they kept my debit card. When I turned around and had to go inside to retrieve it, they acted as if I was bothering them and never even apologized. I think they were just too busy to care.

Whoever the female was at the drive thru on 12-12-20 was rude and sarcastic with me. Every time I go to this location my drink tastes watered down and not like coffee at all. The worst tasting Starbucks I have ever had. I will never patronize them again. Rudeness and nasty drink...no thanks.

Starbucks•UBER•MASKSI was dropped off by one of my employees due to my car being at the shop for wheel repairs. I just wanted to relax for a few minutes, have a cup of coffee and UBER my way home. I walked up to the main entrance and realized I had left my mask in the truck.I gestured to one of the employees that I needed a MASK. The young lady was very eager to help and fetched me one??Great service, good coffee flavor but... as I had a few times before, not H?T.Coffee must always be served hot, especially in the winter❄Well... Thank you for providing us with a great peaceful shop, friendly service, clean restroom and a MASK?BTW, I would not have been able to UBER my way home if I hadn't gotten a MASK from that young lady.Overall...THANK YOU☕Made it home safely

well, let me start this off with: i'm going to be going to the bathroom for a while.i usually go to the starbucks in Clinton. i order the same drink every time and usually a food item as well. my sister works at that location, so it's easy and i'm comfortable there. i'm familiar with the menu and process now, but i'm not picky.i sat in the drive thru line for about 45 minutes. not a huge deal, they were busy. i finally ordered my double shot on ice and a grilled cheese.when i received the drink, it was watered down immensely. it was mostly melted ice. there was about no syrup. i stirred it up, but to no avail, it tasted kinda unfortunate. in addition, i'm mostly vegan and always opt for coconut milk. i reminded them a couple times and it was made with dairy. i wasn't gonna be rude and ask them to remake it. the line was long and i knew they were probably stressed.but i think the nasty part was the grilled cheese. i like cheese so i've had it a lot at different local Starbucks. well, something about this one was a bit...wrong. and by that i mean that the cheese was a good bit sour and a good bit chunked up.i love Starbucks, and as a patient and shy person i wouldn't express my issue with confrontation at all. but yeeeeah, my stomach is crampy and i may be on the toilet for a while. ://so in conclusion, go to Starbucks, they're a WONDERFUL business. but with all respect, i wouldn't personally recommend this one.

Honestly just had one of the worst experiences at any Starbucks I have ever been to. The girl behind the counter was being extremely rude to everyone.They were very busy and I get that and was prepared to wait. But they way she was treating people was just totally uncalled for.Just another reason to support your local coffee shop.

I think the public should know there are people that are making their coffee are not following the policy of safety and prevention of COVID 19. The person who was making the coffee didn't have his mask on or his gloves. And MS has the highest rate of Covid. Was really disappointed, not drinking coffee here.

I just visited the Starbucks in Ridgeland, MS at Renaissance Shopping Center and for the second or third time had a terrible experience. After sitting in line for 15 minutes and watching the car in front on me keep having exchanges back and forth through the window before finally pulling away 3 or 4 minutes later, it was my turn at the window. I handed my phone out to be scanned off my Starbucks app as the outer bands of the tropical storm provided me with rain into my truck. I was then handed a product that looked nothing like what I order almost every time from Starbucks. I asked what he was giving me and was given some bewildering answer from both the person at the window and management. I told them to keep their drink and drove away, wiping the rain from the interior of my car.I called 800-782-7282, the Starbucks customer service line and they refunded my money back to me. If you deal with this Starbucks very often, you will need to save that number in your phone. There are good Starbucks locations in Clinton and Madison. If you need a Starbucks fix then I would recommend one of them over this frustrating location.

They are NOT open as of 6/8/20, despite some genius putting up a "We're Open!" on the side facing the street. You don't get any indication that they are, in fact, closed until you pull around to the to-go window.If these guys can't do proper signage, I'm unsure how well they can handle a more complicated task like making a blended coffee drink.Good luck to anyone dealing with these guys. You're gonna need it...

Always adds sweeter without being asked. Has happened to me every time I've been. Don't often write reviews, but after going back through to get the black coffee I ordered I was asked to wait while they made more, so I had the time. Just go to cups. It's pretty close by.

The service was great! I asked a question at first, they knew the answer right away. Then I rattled off 5-6 items to get very quickly, i could tell the person through the speaker wasn't expecting it by the way I had asked the first question. But they didn't miss a beat! They repeated my order perfectly! Then at the pickup window the I young man was so nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there! He gave me one item at a time and asked i wait ensuring me that I had more coming, which is awesome because I would have driven off without my last item! I was blown away at how in-sync the entire staff came across, 5 shiny gold stars for this location!

They took over 10 minutes to get me 2 coffees. When I asked for a replacement I could hear them arguing over how to make the coffee. The store needs some management to better train the staff.

Bad service. Bad coffee. Again. Refuse to go to this one again. We just had to throw away two large extremely weak lattes. This one is a hit-and-miss on service and quality.

great drinks made fast
First time here. The service was slow and the tables were not clean. It looked like they had been used over and over all day with no one taking the time to wipe them down. My group of three was there for an hour and never once did they clean a table. This visit was on 1-11-20 around 7:00p.m.
