I just visited the Starbucks in Ridgeland, MS at Renaissance Shopping Center and for the second or third time had a terrible experience. After sitting in line for 15 minutes and watching the car in front on me keep having exchanges back and forth through the window before finally pulling away 3 or 4 minutes later, it was my turn at the window. I handed my phone out to be scanned off my Starbucks app as the outer bands of the tropical storm provided me with rain into my truck. I was then handed a product that looked nothing like what I order almost every time from Starbucks. I asked what he was giving me and was given some bewildering answer from both the person at the window and management. I told them to keep their drink and drove away, wiping the rain from the interior of my car.I called 800-782-7282, the Starbucks customer service line and they refunded my money back to me. If you deal with this Starbucks very often, you will need to save that number in your phone. There are good Starbucks locations in Clinton and Madison. If you need a Starbucks fix then I would recommend one of them over this frustrating location.

They are NOT open as of 6/8/20, despite some genius putting up a "We're Open!" on the side facing the street. You don't get any indication that they are, in fact, closed until you pull around to the to-go window.If these guys can't do proper signage, I'm unsure how well they can handle a more complicated task like making a blended coffee drink.Good luck to anyone dealing with these guys. You're gonna need it...

Always adds sweeter without being asked. Has happened to me every time I've been. Don't often write reviews, but after going back through to get the black coffee I ordered I was asked to wait while they made more, so I had the time. Just go to cups. It's pretty close by.

The service was great! I asked a question at first, they knew the answer right away. Then I rattled off 5-6 items to get very quickly, i could tell the person through the speaker wasn't expecting it by the way I had asked the first question. But they didn't miss a beat! They repeated my order perfectly! Then at the pickup window the I young man was so nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there! He gave me one item at a time and asked i wait ensuring me that I had more coming, which is awesome because I would have driven off without my last item! I was blown away at how in-sync the entire staff came across, 5 shiny gold stars for this location!

They took over 10 minutes to get me 2 coffees. When I asked for a replacement I could hear them arguing over how to make the coffee. The store needs some management to better train the staff.

Bad service. Bad coffee. Again. Refuse to go to this one again. We just had to throw away two large extremely weak lattes. This one is a hit-and-miss on service and quality.

great drinks made fast
First time here. The service was slow and the tables were not clean. It looked like they had been used over and over all day with no one taking the time to wipe them down. My group of three was there for an hour and never once did they clean a table. This visit was on 1-11-20 around 7:00p.m.

Nice open layout, chill environment. Good place to sit and work or chat a while (if there's seating available). I ordered the nitro cold brew and it was up to standard.

This worker named Cameron talked about me when I was coming to get my drink, she was calling rude names and being absolutely rude. I don't think she knew I heard her but something needs to be done about her, I've never her at this location and I don't think she should. She ruined the whole vibe of the store wither bad attitude. Then the sweetest worker named Eva complimented me, she was so sweet and I love when she is working. Such a bright spirit.
