I had an appointment at noon today, and it's 1:12 p.m., and I'm still waiting. The lady didn't even acknowledge us until after thirty minutes and told us she was new and another employee was helping her on the phone in between her clients! I had to cancel other plans. I had to sit and wait on someone who couldn't complete this themselves—still waiting and starving. Horrible customer service, even if I can say that since I'm still waiting for the services!!!!
