Been going here for over a year now. Hands down best gym I’ve ever been to. Emily has given me some of the best dieting advice, highly recommend her coaching. Chelsea is the owner, the environment she’s created is what makes this place, from the equipment to the staff, simply put Incredible.

Hands down the best gym on this area of Mississippi…. Great atmosphere… always clean and organized…. Amazing staff…. And probably the best equipment when it comes to weight lifting in Tupelo.
Also they have the really good trainers …

In May 2024 I started going to Mississippi Mecca. I immediately hired a personal trainer, Michaela Odom. If you’re looking a gym that accommodates all of your fitness, look no further. If you’re needing a personal trainer that can accommodate your health journey, your personal needs & wants, I highly encourage you to consider Mecca’s trainer. I’m a little bias, but Michaela is fantastic! The owner, Chelsea is always striving to provide top notch equipment AND experiences at Mecca!

I've been in and out of the gym the last 3 years. Not knowing much about machines and exercises, I would get frustrated and not stick with it. After meeting with Emily Connell (Fearlessly Fit by Emily) and deciding to start training with her at Mecca, I have a new LOVE for the gym. Looking forward to see the changes Emily, and Mecca, are helping me accomplish. Clean facility. Great location. Friendly faces.

Love the environment in there, a lot of machines to work out with they also count with trainers and a kids room!
Emily Connell is my trainer, she makes me feel confident and comfortable she’s the sweetest trainer she will never make you do things you don’t feel comfortable working out with you will not regret choosing her as your trainer ?
