I used to have 5 stars on this place...Now I don't...Every time I come in here now the tellers get very rude and ignore questions...Then when I go to fix my account I and ask other questions...All I get is the round and round...I even called them...I never had to use an auto pin for my accounts at all...But now got to get that figured out...On call and even coming in...They keep putting money into the wrong account...Like PAY ATTENTION...Even when I show them it's in the wrong account...I have to fix it myself...If you can't do your job...Then you don't need to be working there!!!

Atm not accepting depost, both outside atm reject my transaction. Wastage of time. Bank needs to pay attention on their services.

Been banking there for years. Filled out forms as required and gave them a check i endorsed from mom for Christmas to deposit. When I get home I have mom's check and when I check my balance they took the money from my account. Never said hi or anything to me. Thank God I had enough money in account to cover checks out there . Stay clear of drive thru if you bank there I know I will

Came in to dispute a charge and get new debit card. I got the card very quickly but had waited a Hour just to make the dispute. Im am now late for work
