“This rating is strictly for their amazing customer service. I made an appointment in store for 4 tires replaced. On the appointment date I was met outside and greeted pleasantly. Unfortunately my TPM was damaged during Install. They ordered a new part and put it on for me within a few days. They even through in a free pair or windshield wipers. Unfortunately.....they forgot to take the plastic off the wipers so here I am driving wondering why i can't see and there was another error. I believe you can teach skills and task but customer service is a great gift which they have. I cannot say for sure if I'll go back due to these 2 issues but applaud all their efforts.”
“The guys are pleasant, kept me fully informed and the repair was done quickly. If I have to get work done on my car, I can trust them to get it fixed at a reasonable price.”

“I had to run an emissions test or better still IDOD on my Nissan Rogue which is due for Registration. Fast forward a friend of mine suggested I take my vehicle to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers. After a few hours I had a call to come pick up my Rogue since they were done working on it....I would recommend everyone to patronised Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers because they are simply the best out of the rest!

“This place came recommended by a coworker and I was not disappointed. Got 4 new tires and the prices were very reasonable (about 200 less than other places i called for the same tires). The gentleman i talked to was very kind and patient as I wanted to pay for the tires for my boyfriend and surprise him. The guy(i wish I remembered his name) coordinated with me so my boyfriend could just show up and get it done. I was very grateful and the service and tires were great.”
“I came to this Dobbs location a few weeks ago due an object being in my tire. The guy at the desk (I can’t remember his name) was very friendly. I told him I had an object in my tire and wanted to get it plugged. He asked if I was going to wait and took my information. After a short wait he came to the waiting area and informed me my car was ready. He said the object had not punctured the tire but was just embedded in the tread (he also showed me the object). I asked what the charge was he said nothing because they didn’t do anything. I said, Praise God, we exchanged pleasantries and I left. I thank Dobbs for being professional and honest, as I had gone to one of their competitors, (where I purchased the tires) F*******e located in Olivette, Mo., the guy took one look at the tire and told me they couldn’t plug it, it was too close to the sidewall. I needed a new tire! Had me at the counter quoting me prices of $200+ for a new tire.

“I puchased a set of 4 tires and although we discussed if the tires I wanted were in stock (and was informed that there was no problem, they could get them) when I arrived for my appt. they did not have them. We'll the reason for 5 star review is because they upgraded my tire at the cost of the tire I'd originally ordered. A better tire at the same cost. And on top of that, Firestone honors military discount. Thank you!”
“Technicians, staff and Manger Gary provides great customer service. They won't perform any service without your permission. Also they explain what repairs they are doing and they recommend services that may be needed at a later date. I appreciate their customer service and respect of all customers. Each technician does a great job on your vehicle. Very upbeat and pleasant.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys are the TRUTH! Not only are the prices the cheapest I've seen, but they are professional and FAST FAST! My first visit took under 15 minutes to get a tire off, fixed, and put back on. But this 2nd visit yall I gave my name and payment and they was done with fixing my tire!!! Not even 5 minutes!!! Now if that isn't EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I don't know what is!! Oh and it's a drive thru yall. It just doesn't get better than that! Holla at these men and support this business! It'll be worth it!!”
