I've been banking with commerce bank for many years. I'm able to go to any Commence Branch do do what ever I need. There very helpful and friendly.

Tellers are a bit agressive and rude in comparison to other locations. Unable to do what other tellers and managers at other locations like verifying funds.

Poor customer service twice. The first was the most egregious, with one of the managers making the mistake of giving me the wrong account information because she saw my name listed as a PD on my father's account but caught an attitude even though it was admittedly her fault. The other incident occurred because the person assisting me did not listen to me initially and wastes my time before I had to get back to work.

I cannot express my joy and gratitude to the Employees at the Commerce Bank Branch in Grandview, MO! One exceptional employee who goes above and beyond EACH and every time to accommodate not only myself but my Medical Service Dog, Zoosk! All I have to do is mention “Lillian” and he gets the Zoomies! He is greeted with treats they’ve made sure are ok to give him and Lillian takes the time, sometimes way more than she should, to talk to this old empty nester…The Branch manager Nina, is ALWAYS on hand or picks up when I call with a question. Customer service like this is really tough to find in this new AI world. Sometimes we want that “Lillian Rusoe” smile/laugh or the Manager, Nina Lowry’s “Well, where have you two been?” You’ll never get that from a bot! I see why my dad loved this bank decades ago and why I still after him, love it as well! Great job Lillian and Nina! Keep up your AMAZING Customer Service!! Michelle & Zoosk

Who has fun at a bank? This guy. The staff is absolutely awesome. Commerce has always provided me with the best information, financial advise, and financial plans. The bast part is no hidden fees.

Not the most updated building but the tellers and great customer service makes up for it. polar opposite of the lee summit location. i drive clear from lees summit for the service im treated like family.
