Great staff and always good sandwiches. In the middle of all the Hermann action so it was easy to get to. also stayed open late.

We got sandwiches and salads to take back to the treehouse we were staying in. You cannot really go wrong with Subway.

I have to first of all say that this 2 star review has nothing to do with the food I received at this location. My subs were prepared the way I asked and were very good. My rating is based upon an incident (overcharge) and the way the manager handled it.
I made a large purchase last night and paid what was believed to be the total. At the time, I did believe my total was awefully high but I had never purchased the amount of subs and six dozen cookies before. I didn't dispute my total at the time because it was extremely warm in the shop due to A/C problems and I didn't have time to look at my receipt until after the shop was closed and discovered that I was overcharged. I filled out the computer survey that was listed at the bottom of the receipt and explained the incident on the survey and my email address. This morning when I woke up from the manager of the shop telling me that, yes, I had been overcharged almost $26 and that money would be refunded to me. I went in around 5:00 pm and told an employee what I came in for and she handed me an envelope that was taped shut and the word refund written on the front. I thanked them and left. I got home and gave the envelope to my daughter, who was leaving for work so she would have money. About 2 minutes later, she walks through the door and handed me the envelope and told me that there wasn't $25.94 in it like my email had advised I would be refunded. Instead, there was only $7.03 inside and nothing else. No more explaining the difference or anything. I immediately called the shop and was told that they would call the manager and have her call me. I sent my daughter back to the shop while I waited for my phone call from the manager, which never came. My sister called me and told me that the manager made a mistake in figuring my refund and that's why the amount that was left for me was different than what my email stated but there has been another mistake and I was supposed to get a total of $12 and some cents, so my daughter was given $4 and some change to make the difference. What I am upset about was that there was no further communication uu the manager than the original email stating I was overcharged and there would be a refund of about $26. Then besides the first initial mistake of being overcharged, there were 2 other mistakes made figuring my refund and no explanation of the differences in the refund. Good customer service would have been a note or another email from the manager explaining she had ! a mistake in figuring my refund and that I would be a difference in the amount of the refund or a phone call explaining it. This was handled poorly. I still am not sure if I received the right amount of a refund. And the two poor employees that were working didn't even know anything about the whole situation so they were caught in the middle.
So I have a word of advice: check your receipt before you leave so no one else has to deal with the headache I've dealt with today.

Employees are usually rude and the food is not fresh. The vegetables are definitely not fresh! Also, it has taken forever to get a sandwich made everytime I have gone in there.

This is a 5 star store. Friendly staff and consistently good sandwiches
